Here are some pro's and con's I noticed after our families visit during COVID-19. I greatly appreciate the new temperature check and the new selfie check in process during the pandemic. You're the first company that I know who cares enough to check someone's temperature before entering the business. Some improvements I would recommend is having one or 2 employees cleaning ALL machines at ALL times. There were times some adults and kid's forgot to put back on their mask after eating and went about having fun without sanitizing their hards or wearing a mask. I'm a recent blood cancer survivor and it was very difficult for me to run around the store trying to sanitize each machine before my nieces/nephews had fun. I appreciate the sanitization stations but I think more improvements can be made. That day my bill was $220 feeding a family of 8. My food reminder didn't go off as it should have so my food sat cold for 15 minutes. I would think y'all would have food warmers but y'all don't. I think y'all should call customers on the intercom when food is ready. Also, please keep napkins and parmesan cheeses available at the food pick up station. I had to walk to the food register for napkins then walk to the check in person for parmesan cheeses or red chili flakes. My nieces/nephews asked " Where is Chuck E. Cheese?" I had to lie and tell them "Chuck E. Cheese got COVID-19 and he's in the hospital lol. It would be cool if Chuck E. Cheese could provide a message by flyer or by video on social distance and sanitization. One way Chuck E. Cheese can make a few dollars is my selling Chuck E. Cheese mask/bandanas for kids for $5 or Chuck E. Cheese mini sanitizers. For this marketing suggestion I would like 20% commission! Keep safe everyone and God...

Read moreOur experience from the start was amazing! My wife and I went to Chuck E. Cheese to see what the space looked like and to get a feel of all the games my 1 year old would be able to play. After touring the center we approached Chase and asked a few questions regarding the package we were interested in getting. He was very informative and went out his way to provide us another tour with him and showed us everything that would be included all the way down to what kind of cups the kids would receive. I was very pleased with his professionalism and he would always ask, “ do you have anymore questions?”
The day of the party. Again, Chase was absolutely amazing! We got there, got settled and he approached us providing us a timeline on how things would go. He even let us know the party started 3 minutes ago (yes we were late) lol. He ensured that not only my child was taken care of , but also my wife and I. As time went on, they were preparing for Chuck E to come out to sing happy birthday. Being that my child was probably the shortest thing walking in there, he asked was she able to be on the dance floor along side the other kids and I said yes. What took the cake for me when it came to Chase was when my child was bumped by another kid, he immediately went to her side ensuring she was ok.
We can’t thank you enough Chase for making Journees first birthday very amazing. You did an awesome job! We’ll be...
