Dollar Tree — Attraction in Irvington

This Dollar Tree has the worst cashiers.They get away by disrespecting customers in such a rude manner an example, mouthing off to a customer as an active cashier who uses such profanity words, turning off the cash register's light childishly then goes to break spitefully in the middle of check out knowing that customer only has one or few food items, a mistake in the customers transaction, customer asking for assistance with their transaction. while this stiuation is taking place the manager of the store is there, watching the whole thing and doesn't correct they're employees by the poor behavior that has been shown. Mostly they don't do anything about it and the disrespectful employees get away with it everytime. As a happy customer who enjoys shopping at Dollar Tree it's very troublesome to have this experience each time entering this establishment. Instead of customers leaving there with a joyful most satisfying experience they leave there feeling a high level of frustration. the only way for this Dollar Tree to improve is by getting better respectful employees who will be willing to do the work the right way and to show customers a welcome attitude every time they step into and out of Dollar Tree.

My 1 star will change when everything has changed in this establishment call...

The staff is rude and highly unprofessional. I had been standing at the register for about 5 minutes with no one to assist me. I saw a clerk was moving shopping carts around so I went to ask her if she could check me out before I could finish my sentece she snapped at me. She rudely said to me don’t you see I’m coming back in.

Another clerk who was busy blowing up balloons implied I was lying because in his words he saw me standing there so I couldn’t have been waiting long. The way I was treated was such bs and I couldn’t do anything because they back each other up. There is no reason for the staff to be so nasty. If you hate your job then...

Prices are great!

Due to the abundance of rude Irvington folks most employees are fired left and right as ratchetness runs through their veins.

They are understaffed as they have to fire a lot of women with crappy rude attitudes.

Lines are so long due to one person working the register at a time (and trust me you'll only see that person for that week or so because chances are they'll have an attitude and will get fired asap) which overworks that one person and causes them to get frustrated, upset, and ultimately become rude (as they are fed up).

New people working each week. New rude women (and some men) each week. Some rude from being overworked while some are natural bred hoodrats.

The cycle repeats over...
