A little information goes a long way. If you make an online purchase and need to make a return, not all of your emails will include a barcode that is needed to make the return. Your online account that has your order history does not include a barcode. Not currently. You can reach out to customer support to get it. I had my order number, but the associate could not look anything up by that, and you will only be offered a store credit at the current price. My email literally had the order number and the amount I paid for each item! I left very much irritated today after trying to make a return that could have and should have been handled in the store. Read moreI have grown to really appreciate this place. It has everything that I have looked for. Sure it's got gobs of decorative knick knacks and thingamabobs to make your home all cozy, but you cannot find better deals on things like seasonal decorations. The staff are actual angels – helpful without being clingy, which is a rare retail superpower. They'll help you find that perfect throw pillow or talk you out of buying a fifth decorative pineapple. And the best part? You won't need to sell a kidney to make your place look amazing.
If you're ready to ditch the drab and embrace the fab, run, don't walk, to At Home Decor Store. Five stars, would recommend, and yes, I'll be back next week. Don't judge my...
