My mom purchased a vase from Bloomingdeals yesterday morning and was so excited to go pick it up but when she arrived to do so: a) After seeing her, the blonde girl working retreated to the back; causing her to wait at the counter for about 5 minutes with no greeting or assistance whatsoever b) When the girl did finally come to the counter, the question "Can I help you?!" was posed in a very rude and downputting way; as though my mom was an inconvenience rather than a customer c) After my mom told the girl what she had purchased, she went to get the vase and came back with it completely exposed(no wrapping, bag, tissue paper, etc), insisting that there was no way for her to do so d) Seeing as my mom could not carry the breakable vase to her car herself(due to the use of a walker) the worker finally offered to take the vase to her car reluctantly and with sass

I've also enjoyed browsing and shopping while there. I love the way things are arranged in sort of a home setting.
