I had such a great experience at One Love! Charli was absolutely lovely, but even before the appointment I loved how communicative they were. I received both confirmation calls and reminder text messages, which I found helpful. They even texted to let me know when my fitting space was ready for me! I let Charli know my tastes, showed some inspo pics, and mentioned that it’d be a beach destination wedding. The first dress Charli picked for me was the perfect one and under budget; she still had others for me to try to make sure I was sure, but I was surprised (pleasantly so) to have fallen in love with the first one I tried on. She shared with me preferred cleaners and places for alterations so I had that, and even how much time before the ceremony I should plan to get those things done. It was like being given directions to the next stop on my very own trip to see the Wiz—I said yes to the dress and about an hour later, I was back on my way down the yellow brick road. The wedding won’t be until next spring , so I have plenty of time. I’m just glad to have this major piece of the puzzle taken care of, and to have been so well taken care of at One Love. I had an amazing experience with One Love Bridal Outlet! The staff is extremely kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. Rachel assisted me during my appointment and she did a phenomenal job. Due to the the pandemic, my mom was not able to attend in person. However, she was able to join us via FaceTime. Rachel was very patient with my mom and even made sure that she had the best view of the session, touring my mom around each dress and giving close ups of the dresses. The appointment ran a little longer than expected and Rachel never rushed us and let us take the time we needed. [We were her last appointment of the day, so we did not cut into another bride's time. :) ] The staff provided great insight into the alterations process and what options were available to achieve in each dress. This was very valuable to me as I am not too familiar with that side of the process. I am so glad I found One Love and even more pleased that I found the dress I was looking for at a very fair price. Cannot recommend this place enough!! After not finding my dress at a different place my sister sent me some places near her and The Bridal Outlet was one of them. I decided to book an appointment and drive from Orlando in hopes of finding the dress. From the moment I booked the appointment I knew this would be the place. Elise was absolutely amazing!! She communicated with me leading up to the appointment and when I arrived she welcomed us with the biggest smile and excitement. She had already picked a few dresses; all of them were stunning which made it so hard to pick but there was one that was exactly what I envisioned. She did not rush me at all and was very reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She allowed me to put 2 dresses multiple times until I narrowed it down to the one.
