Office Depot — Attraction in Jacksonville Beach

Went in to get some print work done for a flyer I had to get our ASAP. Wasan Bahnoo was the person who help me and I must say I have never experience better customer service at ANY office supply store than what she provided. Not only did she take the time to explain to me multiple options, by the time we were done I had saved a little more than half of what I was expecting to spend when I arrived and walked out with a better flyer than I came in with. It is because of service like this at this particular store I drive past 2 other locations and multiple printers just to get my work done at this location. My experience at this store was no less than 5 stars all the way around. Although, it was my first experience with Wasan she is obviously well know for her customer service skills and knowledge of her job as the lady standing in line next to me turned to me and said. I wanted to share my experience with the Jacksonville Beach store. I purchased a HP printer and was TOTALLY frustrated at getting it to set-up properly and print. After 3 hours and absolutely NO help from HP, I reached out to the manager of the store. He said they would be happy to try and get me up and running but, I needed to bring the printer and my laptop to the store. When I got there it must have been clear how upset I was with this printer. He had to call his assistant over, and I was neglectful of getting their names, but when I left, I was happy and no longer wanted to throw the printer into the ocean. A HUGE thank you and I will not shop at any office supply store except Office Depot Jacksonville Beach. Amazing customer service. I came to the Jacksonville beach location on 3rd st this evening and was greeted by the nastiest person in the customer service area by the name of Nadya, she was extremely rude! I mentioned I had gone to use the lady’s restroom and it was filled with pot smoke so strong I had to leave the restroom without using it. I told her only an employee would have been smoking dope in here because anyone else would have just gone to their car to smoke. She looked at me as if I were stupid and spoke to me rudely then proceeded to blow me off! I think corporate should at least look into this before the get involved in a legal issue regarding drug use by employees in their public restroom.
