LOOK AT ME (LOL) When I say this place is FANTASTIC, I’m not exaggerating. From the moment I booked my appointment with Love Bridal, the entire experience was nothing but positive. Sydney—my stylist—was incredibly sweet and patient throughout the whole process.

Before coming to Love Bridal, I had already visited five other places, and I was prepared to go to five more. I’d been to everything from other boutiques to big-box chains to out-of-town spots. But Love Bridal was different. They made me feel special and, more importantly, relaxed—even after I mentioned I had other appointments scheduled.

At other places, once I said I had future appointments, the vibe often shifted. I get it—it’s a sales game. But it felt like some of them just gave up after that. Only one shop was outright “meh,” and I honestly felt like I was just in their way.

But not Love Bridal. Right from the start, they called to walk me through the process—how long appointments usually run, what to expect, etc. Then they followed up with texts, asked for inspo pics or my Pinterest board, and they had call the day before to talk more about what I was looking for.

When we arrived early on the day of, Sydney greeted me and my guests warmly. We were offered champagne and snacks (which, shockingly, none of the other places did—like, hello?? Snacks??). I didn’t have to ask for anything—they were already a step ahead.

Sydney and I really clicked. She took the time to get to know me and pulled a variety of dresses—even some outside my price range when I asked—and was so accommodating. But funny enough, it was the very first dress she pulled that I ended up falling in love with. She just got it.

Everyone at Love Bridal made me feel confident in their knowledge and expertise. The boutique has a wide variety of styles and cuts—more than most places I’d seen.

I know not every shop carries the same designers, so you might not find “the one”, but honestly, half the experience is between you and your stylist. And Sydney nailed it. She made everything click for me. I didn’t even want to leave—I was just having so much fun.

I can’t wait to go back—not just for the dress, but for the people. The entire team radiated professionalism and positive vibes. This place has the energy, it's giving. If anyone says otherwise… well, we might have to throw hands (kidding! 😆).

But...

The staff at Love, A Bridal Boutique went above and beyond to make sure that my bridal gown shopping was a special experience. From the communication before my appointment to the easy flow of the day, everything was designed to make me feel comfortable and to ensure that I found the perfect dress for me. The staff called and texted several times before the appointment to talk about styles and to have me send over any dresses that caught my eye. During the appointment, my stylist, Katie, pulled an excellent selection of dresses that truly fit my personal aesthetic. She even left a hand written note in the room about her excitement about finding me the perfect dress. So cute! The bridal suite itself was beautiful and very comfortable for the five family members/friends that accompanied me. My future step daughter was especially impressed by the snacks lol. While trying on dresses, other employees at Love were quick to express their approval over the dresses I was trying on and to lend a helping hand when needed. It felt like such a fun, supportive environment. Overall, I could not have had a better bridal gown shopping experience. Thanks so much to Katie and to Love for executing such a wonderful day for my loved ones and for myself! I will remember...

I got my dress at Love, A Bridal Boutique almost 1.5 years ago and our wedding had to pushed back. Because I am petite, they order the smallest size for me and the hemline the shortest they can go given the style etc. With their recommendation, I got it tailored and hem a bit more in the bust area and length because I was just too petite. I’m 4’ 11” and 95lbs. I also got the arms sleeve made at the tailor shop and Love A Bridal Boutique provided the extra yarn of sparkling fabric for me to make that happen because I always wanted a sleeve wedding dress that is detachable. It was beautiful! I went to all the bridal boutique in Jax and this was my last shop. I wanted a non white dress and one with sleeves and mermaid like at the knee. However, upon trying this dress, the section where the dress started spreading out was above the knee/ thigh area which was more comfortable! I was a bit nervous because I thought I wouldn’t be able to find THE DRESS. But when she brought it out, I feel in love and when I put on the dress, I knew it was for me. I really cannot remember the girl name that help me but she was a photographer working part time there and she was just patience and beyond helpful! I would recommend this boutique to...
