I frequently visit the Chipotle beach location, and my experience has been nothing short of abysmal. The store's inept management and the complete lack of oversight from both the store and regional management were highly evident, making it impossible for me to overlook these glaring issues.
One of the most frustrating aspects was the consistently insufficient food supplies. It baffles me how a company as well-established as Chipotle can continuously fail to adequately stock their store. It seemed like a never-ending cycle of disappointment, with certain ingredients frequently unavailable or running out before the day was even halfway over. This not only disrupted the flow of service but also left customers, including myself, feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with our meals.
However, the pinnacle of my disappointment came when I discovered that the store had a broken ice machine. This situation was utterly unacceptable, especially considering it was a beach location. The fact that the management allowed this issue to persist for months, subjecting customers to warm soda on a scorching beach day, is simply mind-boggling. It demonstrates a complete lack of regard for customer experience and basic hygiene standards.
What infuriates me even more is the apparent indifference displayed by Chipotle corporate. It seems that complaints and concerns fall on deaf ears, with no action taken to rectify the ongoing problems at this location. This lack of responsiveness and accountability further highlights the incompetence of the store and regional management, leaving customers feeling abandoned and unheard.
I expected better from a company like Chipotle, known for its quality food and customer service. It is evident that the store and regional management require immediate attention and intervention. Without proper oversight and corrective measures, this location will continue to disappoint and frustrate its customers, tarnishing Chipotle's reputation in the process.

I ordered a beef, bean & rice burrito, Chips & guacamole and a separate side order of the Queso Blanco. For my topping on the burrito I also asked for sour cream & Adobo Ranch. When I got the food they shortchanged me on so many things. So the burrito was OK, but they did not give me any sour cream and it was a lot of rice more than anything. They had some of the pinto beans that I asked for & a little bit of beef, but they were very stingy with the helpings. Instead of my queso when I opened the container.. it was filled up with pure adobo ranch dressing. They gave me NO queso & tried to pass that Adobe Ranch off instead. The guacamole was decent, which was the ONLY thing that was OK. The amount of chips they gave me was ridiculously small & they were all stale and very hard. I spent over $30 at this place & That’s what I got in exchange!!! I will absolutely NEVER order or go to this place again!. Read moreI made a stop at this Chipotle and it was one of the dirtiest Chipotles I have ever seen. I ordered three burritos and one extra wrap. They charged me for three extra wraps because two of them they did not want to wrap and they wanted to put them in a bowl because they were having trouble wrapping them. I asked why I was paying for three wraps and they said because I got three extra wraps but I didn't. They said because they wrapped them and put them in a bowl it was charges an extra wrap so I told them take the bowls off and they can just lay them on the tray and they said no I have to pay extra for an extra wrap for each burrito even though I did not get one.. I was aggravated because they would not work with me on it and I did not understand why I had to pay for extra wraps I was not getting.. it ended up with them telling me to leave. I will attach some pictures of the atmosphere. The chairs were ripped up and dirty with food all over the floor The umbrellas were broken out front and hanging down with the beam snapped in half.
