Corkscrew Park — Attraction in Jacksonville

Smells like doodoo in the bathrooms! They build an outdoor gym, but leave the bathrooms neglected! They even got rid of the rats! I don't know what their mindset keys in on! I don't use it so it doesn't really matter to me! I have noticed there aren't that many people who run at the Riverwalk compared to before it started to attract evil and all the violence at the landing! I don't think I wanna go back to even if they build a new one! They don't know what they're doing or they know exactly what it is their attracting!

I'm glad I won't be going back down there, if they do build the fantasy land that the owner of the Jaguar's wants they'll need all law enforcement down there to keep the peace, but what happened last time will still...

This is our downtown Jacksonville. One of my favorite places to visit. I usually work out at the Ymca which is located just to the right of here. Afterwards my son and I will walk over the bridge and down thru the river.. nice views and peaceful. I love how they decided to help others to get a quick workout in. Somethings I don't like is the smell in the area and many of our homeless hang out in the area. I wish we had a better place for them to go.. other than that, I recommend this area for a good work out. No cost, all...

Super upset this is closed, I called the number listed and the gentleman told me I could still use the exercise equipment, I drove a half hour only to find the entire location is blocked off and unusable. I love outdoor workouts and Jacksonville you guys dropped the ball because there is no other outdoor workout location like this one in the entire west side area. There are parks with random equipment scattered throughout the trails, but it’s not...
