SUPERCUTS — Attraction in Jacksonville

Zina is the only person who actually does what you want, she is fantastic, we even have her a tip from the fantastic job she did with my sister's hair. My problem is with the other foreign lady. I came in with my mother and sister for a eyebrow wax and a simple trim. My mother wears glasses so she's always ask me for their opinion on her eyebrows to see if they are even. She has a great shape and always just needs a quick clean up and that's it. I have no idea what this other lady was think when she said "I'm the best wafer, my eyebrows always come out perfect, the best, always" that was not the case. When she said she was "done" my mother ended up with one round eyebrow and the other square. And then she said "no eyebrows are the same" which is true so when I told her to fix it she claims that it's her natural shape. Which is not the case. I was already weary on getting my eyebrows done. I HAD great thick eyebrows. I'm am leaving with lines that are uneven. I specifically told her I just want a clean up under my brow, on the side brow, and the unibrow are. My eyebrows are one hundred percent messed up. I can't even show my face in public from how terrible they look. I refused to pay for my wax. My family of four will never come here again. She also said "it'll be okay, eyebrows grow back in two weeks. We'll fix it then." As if I'll ever step a foot in this place again And this is not the same time that we had a bad experience with her. My father came in for haircut and she didn't put the black thing around him, the one that covers your body to make sure the hair doesn't get in your skin. She just said "oops I'm sorry" we brushed if off because sometimes your forget. But she is supposed to be a licensed professional and none of this should have happened. Please save your money and go to another place. It would be better to do it yourself before even letting that...

Zina was AMAZING! I showed her a few pics that resembled what I had in mind and she took the time to discuss with me the reality of how it would look and made sure she understood what I wanted. (It was a drastic change in style and length.) She was very pleasant and professional. She checked with me throughout the cut to make sure everything was working to my liking. When done with the cut she waxed my eyebrows. She was very careful to do a neat and detailed job and even tweezed out the strays without me having to ask (Unfortunately, there are always a few stubborn hairs left and I typically have to ask to have them tweezed.) As we walked to the counter she looked again at my hair and decided a few strands needed a little extra work, so she had me sit back in the chair. I honestly would have never noticed and was already elated with the job she had done. The couple of snips she made did make a difference though. She was also able to recommend product to me that would work well with my hair type (wavy, curly, unruly) and preference for a minimalistic routine. I know this is really long-winded, but I absolutely cannot say enough just how impressed I was with her services and level of client care. I have been here many times and have had a range of experiences depending on the stylist. By far, Zina left me with the best experience...

Hate the haircut, she cut 4 inches of hair when i said keep the length. I have little just-below shoulder length hair, and just wanted low layers in my hair and she gave me an uneven pixie cut. AND she changed the hairstyle I wanted because she said it would look better on me, WITHOUT TELLING ME??? The right side of my hair has more hair cut off than the left, and there are just random choppy chunks here and there; she cut my bangs unevenly and there are parts of my bangs which are 2 inches and parts that are 4. I should have never let her go through with cutting all of it and stormed off. Shouldn’t even have paid for the service! No communication whatsoever, and I’m not some type of mannequin that you can do what you want with. I wouldn’t even give this place a star at all, and I will not be...
