I just had the most unpleasant, unsafe and disturbing delivery from this location! All stores are supposed to be NO CONTACT delivery as with any other business during this time!! We have a table set outside if our door with a sign specifically for NO CONTACT deliveries. The delivery driver came to our home and called my phone multiple times while standing outside my door with NO MASK. After he was not satisfied with blowing my phone up and receiving no answer, he knocked on my door mulitple times and would not leave! I opened my door reluctantly and asked him why he was waiting outside the door when this was a NO CONTACT delivery.
He immediately proceeded to "fuss" at me and pretty much attempted to "scold" me about not answering my phone and leaving him waiting at the door. He insisted he needed a signature and got really turned up. I closed the door and immediately went to get my husband because this interaction was extremely disturbing and border line threatening. Not only in the manner this driver was speaking, but also the fact that he had on NO MASK! My husband came to the door and appropriately handled the situation.
Since COVID started in March, I have ordered from countless restaurants, Shipt, Instacart, Amazon and anything else you can think of. NO OTHER DELIVERY PERSON has been void of understanding about this VERY BASIC CONCEPT of no contact delivery. And certainly, NONE of them have ever attempted to turn up on me the way this man did.
I called the store to speak with a manager about this situation and I was told "he was new" and she would "have a talk with him". I'm sorry, common sense and basic courtesy at someone's home doesn't need a training class. Oh, not to mention this was also at night, adding to everything else. Read moreTLDR: we made a mistake somehow ordering a pizza with no sauce via app, pretty much all dough, very bubbled. The manager was short, unacomodating, stating it was an easily caught mistake, but it was rather obscure on the app. And we're out $33 for an inedible pizza.
We ordered via the app, stuffed crust, half pepperoni, half cheese. Never noticed any sauce options, didn't click the 'view details', or anything. Somehow the pizza came through as no sauce. Again in order review, even viewing that it came through no sauce was embedded under another 'view details', so not very visible. We get the pizza and it's VERY bubbled. At this point we still didn't realize it had no sauce. We call the store hoping for a remake due to the bubbles, and the manager Theresa says the cause of them was the no sauce.
Us: "what do you mean it has no sauce?"
As soon as she realized we (somehow) made a mistake she refused to play ball on any refund or remake since us selecting no sauce was an error on our end, and they made it as ordered. She offered an additional pizza how originally intended at half off, but we already spent $33 after tip on one pizza (which was pretty much inedible by virtue of being gross), and couldn't justify spending even more on another. She claimed we had 3 separate places we should have caught the error, but when we went back to see if we could find said places, we discovered the options embedded under those 'view details' drop-downs mentioned above. Not very noticeable if not looking for it.

Read more**UPDATE: A refund was issued for $7.99 which did not cover the $11.99 item not received. I did speak to the driver for Door Dash and she said that the lady could not find my order when she arrived and there was a long wait for it. She also stated that she was only given TWO boxes which is what was delivered when there should have been three. With the delayed delivery there should have been no problem in timely preparation as well as making sure the order was correct...
Placed an order to be delivered in 3 hours. My food was delivered by DOOR DASH and was COLD and not all there. When I called the store I got a person who o could barely understand because her voice was gone. I told her the situation and was put in hold. Then she came back and said that the remaining items were not there and that they had given them to the DOOR DASH driver. I told her they needed to contact DOOR DASH and find out what the driver did with my food. I was understandably upset and told her to refund my money. And I felt I should get all my money back as it wasn't my fault. She said she could resend the food but could not tell me when it would arrive. Again, leaving me without my dinner and this missing food issue not resolved. No resolution was reached with this "said manager" as she repeatedly hung up on me.
