Jersey City Housing Authority Marion Gardens — Attraction in Jersey City

Well I'm not who who or why but lately in the housing projects I reside I haven't been complaining of anything or anyone because when I did was told to call police now I don't about anyone else but my kids and my safety is more important to me and calling the police isnt the right move especially where I live its sad of the people who I've come across into speaking with at these professional establishments because more then a few talk as if there in the hood! Now I'm from the hood but if working at a office such as these i believe if I'm not mistaken that there supposed to talk professional as well its sad that from a phone call u can tell ratchet from professional! Now don't judge me I'm just speaking of my experience a neighbor who is constantly walking around the complex high as hell taking his cloths off in broad daylight! Jerking off from what I've heard and from what I've seen with my own eyes I've had to go inside my home many times when seeing this person coming towards where I sit which is in from of my door because it's an unpredictable situation the last incident was recently when in broad daylight he pulls his pants down faces my apartment windows whips out his penis and takes a piss and I have children and I'm sure there were other kids and civilians out there as well and long story short I tried taking the complaint to both the main and local office and what was more fustraiting for me was when I went to my local office the 2 receptionist listened and continued to grab there things bc they was going home I believe it was 3:47pm office hours i think are till 4:30pm and whenni asked to speak with management they 1st Saud she was gone then I go and she's there in the office and refused to let me see her because she was officially on "VACATION" I thought vacation is once you leave the building!? I have been waiting on this list since 2002 over 22 years in june 2024 my family and I was removed from the list we where waiting to be screened since september 2023 with no notice I complied with everything over the years various calls to them ,I was blocked from the application selection email,I was blocked from the 2 workers that have been handling my status for years I was told I was on reserve from one of them I no longer have any communication with them I have been blocked i no longer have any access to the applicant portal my email and I where removed recently I contacted the state and they said I was not chosen, to reapply dont trust them they did my family and I dirty we have been waiting over 22 years on the list we have been homeless more then once when we desperately needed help and they wouldn't help me and they just kept passing us up that has been confirmed I AM FILING DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT AGAINST JCHA AND THE 2 WORKERS C.NAVARRO,C.PEREZ for doing me dirty I have emails proving our contact, documents given etc for September 2022 from both of the workers telling me they recieved all documents and I was waiting for screening for the apartment that was over 2 years ago and just recently I was told I was in reserve WHAT IS THAT? Would give them no stars if I could. Her main clients are my parents, both seniors and sometimes I had to advocate for them to make sure everything going through fine. We've been calling their case worker for over 5 months now due to their change of financial income and she hasn't been answering the phone. We would try to call the front desk and they always told us she's not at her desk. We let that unprofessional behavior slide but we had to call her again due to some issues. The case worker answered her phone for a change, but she was rude. I was keeping everything professional through the phone and she wasn't. I wouldn't imagine how my parents would've handled her. I won't even wish for anyone's parents to go through this kind of rudeness. The case worker clearly hates her job but that doesn't mean they had to be rude and make everyone around her miserable. Sure, some clients can make her day bad but that doesn't mean she has to be rude to every other clients she sees.
