It’s one thing when you have someone who is great at their craft but it’s even better when she’s a genuinely wonderful person.

I don’t get my nails done often so I rely on Google reviews a lot for suggestions and that’s how I found Jenny’s business. After seeing the reviews, I knew I wanted her to do my nails for my upcoming wedding. Well, I definitely didn’t read closely enough because I didn’t realize that she was a one person business! (I decided to read ALL the reviews the week, actually 3 DAYS, before my wedding.) So I called her up to set up an appointment only to find out she isn’t open the day that I wanted to come in and she tried to schedule me for a different day. Unfortunately no other day would’ve worked because of how close the wedding was (mentioned this nonchalantly, not expecting anything because it was definitely my fault for not calling her way in advance). When she found out I was a bride, she made arrangements for me to come in the next day, when she wasn’t supposed to be open, just to work on my nails. She definitely didn’t have to do that and honestly she could’ve punted me over to any other nail salon in the immediate area but she accommodated me. I knew from that moment that I was dealing with someone different from the others.

Jenny was so funny and really made that hour long appointment so comfortable. We talked about my wedding, education/schools, work, you name it. It was like I was talking to a friend. She was so patient and diligent as she worked on my nails. She carefully reviewed her work to ensure that the nails were even and that she didn’t miss any spots.

I received so many compliments on my nails during the wedding and even after. I’d definitely go back...

Didn't like the work at all...very rude owner...always in hurry....I booked her appointment 1 week ago but on last day she changed it because she wanted to go home early...and in hurry she didn't do my nails properly..when I showed her the design...she said that this will take more time and shouted at me saying why didn't I tell her earlier that I need this design....very unprofessional....if u don't like the work and dont tip her..she make faces... not satisfied at all.. wasted my money...she says that you cannot always get the same design you wany...you are a nail artist..it's your hob to make that possible...the design I showed her was not even hard....she is doing this job since 30 yrs but still not...

Jenny is the single most rude person to deal with. I had called on a Monday with questions about the pricing and she was extremely rude to me while answering those as if I am asking her to do my nails for free. And I was shocked by the rudeness and couldn’t answer her back because I have not seen such rudeness in the US and booked an appointment. She is closed on Tuesday but I found another sweet nail tech in Hoboken(if anybody wants a better nail tech pls reach out) who knew how to talk to customers and get business so i decided to cancel on jenny well in advance on Wednesday when she opens. And yet again she was extremely rude. I am so glad I am not giving her...
