We stopped here on a night when it was just two nights before another year arrives in the trip to the great Big Apple. Unbeknownst to any of the member in our small party prior to this visit, and perhaps beyond our wildest imagination, this small, ordinary-looked take-out Chinese restaurant served us one the most wonderful and extraordinary, yet simple dish which unbelievably left us hunger for the second order, and even now when I am editing this post but still feeling excited about it. Until this very moment, I can not believe how the dish could be that good. It was just a traditional stir fried Chinese greens, with some garlic topping, nothing more. The greens were stir-fried perfectly with just exact amount of time and fat needed. The trump card, however, lied beneath: the sauce, which is merely the combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and probably chicken bouillon powder, but the chef made the dish as a whole villainously well. Other than that phenomenal dish, all the other foods we had were just normal as they were supposed to be as in other...
Read moreSome of the worse service that I have received in many years from a restaurant. The person over the phone that took my order got it wrong and when the food was delivered, I immediately called them to fix the order, and they told me it was my fault that I didn't understand what the person failed to explained over the phone during my order. They said they will not correct my order, and that I am stuck with something that I paid for and did not order. They lost a potential new customer, for their poor customer service and lack of respect and ownership of making a mistake. I will make sure that my family and friends stop doing business with this company. Their level of professionalism is at all time low. Service should be #1 for most companies and especially in the food industry of service, but I guess this company do not believe in correcting their mistakes when...
Read moreFood was good the first time but the second time I ordered they would not allow me to change my order (less than 2 minutes after placing it). All I wanted to do was swap out something of similar value. The item I asked for was actually less than my original purchase so it really shouldn’t have been a big deal. Told me to “contact Uber Eats” as if that would help me? Not to mention that Uber eats explicitly states to “contact the restaurant” to change an order. Again, literally all I asked for was instead of getting the $6 broccoli to get the $4.50 wontons and not change any payments... this really wasn’t a difficult ask. Customer service could be improved (especially...
