I have lots of respect for the owner, and for being the pioneer of Indian Grocery stores in Jersey City. Patel is one amazing man. My family has been a customer for years since the 80s. However, his daughter is mannerless, and lacks decency. She had no respect for anyone whether it be elderly or young. I have no idea what her problem is but she clearly is rude beyond content. She has belittled individuals in front of me even when they are nice to her. She needs a reality check and an anger management course. She wouldn't last as a shoprite cashier, let alone in the corporate world. There is a thing called business ethics, and customer relations that she possess no knowledge of. She treats customers as well as her own employees with a demeaning manner, its frankly atrocious. We barely go to Patel's now because of her, not to mention she know half the names of products and where they belong in the store. The place is a wreck, lines are long, during the covid19 crisis they aren't even regulating the limit of people inside the the stores (throw hygiene out the window)...
