Frequented this place a lot. Booked an engagement party here and based on the images and website the private room was set up great. Lights, palm trees, and right outside the door they had a backdrop wall. But the day of my engagement party, it poured and they shifted other parties from their other location to this venue. An entire 50 person party blocked the entire entryway to the private room, had the backdrop wall, and nothing, I mean nothing was decorated in the private room as shown on the website. Apparently they take the lights and palm trees out in the spring and summer but we were not informed of that and it felt like false advertising based on their website. Nowhere in fine print does it say decorations change throughout the seasons. We were also told that they can play a Spotify playlist for the party if we send one or create one and use an aux cord. That didn’t work at all and they kept telling us someone would fix it. 3 hours later (and after 45min of leaving my party to try and figure it out) no one ever came to fix it. Also as guest arrived there was no one guiding people to the private room. They would just say “in the back” and people went outside in the rain to circle the building, or would walk back and see another party because they were not aware of the small back room entrance since there was a party taking place. It happened to several people and no one to direct them until people kept asking when lost. I was overall pretty disappointed to pay a few thousand dollars when there were so many things missing or changed that we weren’t informed of when signing our contract or speaking with the planner, all this knowledge isn’t common sense knowledge. It should be disclosed when booking. Only saving grace was our bartender who was an absolute sweetheart and went...
Read moreI had a great experience here at Zeppelin Hall. The atmosphere on a nice day was fantastic, as there are a ton of tables outside and the general population there is friendly. There were plenty of dogs and children, and everyone was eating, drinking, and having a good time. Inside, there was a massive projector screen showing a football game, and several other large screen showing other games, which was great to check in on some scores. There was a solid 2 or 3 bars to choose from if one was getting swamped, but it appeared there was only one food line. They provide you with a buzzer if you order food so that you can go back to enjoying your company until your food to ready for pickup.
The beer selection was solid, and they allowed you tasters if you wanted. I tried a couple of the fruity beers until I found one that wasn't too sweet, which worked out great. I ended up ordering a large and was surprised that it turned out to be a liter-mug. Be careful ordering a large: go with a small unless you want a serious beer. But, if you'll be drinking a few anyway, a small is around $7 and a large is around $14, and the large is about 3 times as big as the small.
I didn't get any food, but people were really enjoying the offerings. It was BaconFest, and there were some very intense bacon offerings, as well as a pig rotating on a spot outside. There was even some free bacon strips on the bar, but don't expect this year-round!
Only really minor drawbacks here, like the long line for food and an occasional staff-member who could have been friendlier or more accommodating, but nothing so bad as to elaborate deeply.

Read moreWe were here to celebrate our friend's birthday, one fine afternoon at Zeppelin Hall Biergarten. It’s conveniently located along the light rail line. Even in the early afternoon, Zeppelin Hall was pretty crowded. we thought it was a small pub but it's a huge establishment. Big halls, outdoor seating arrangements, another big hall for the event- means the more you walk, and you feel like- is it ever going to end?
At the center is a high, wood-top bar where tenders, barely visible behind a wall of tap handles (38 to be exact), busy themselves serving beer in heavy glass steins, available in pint, mug, or liter size
Three separate bars and Every bar has different beers on tap, so you should rotate from bar to bar for the full selection.
We had a couple of beers (wheat, strawberry cider, & Hofbrau), explored the area, chit chatted, and laughed- a good time it was!
it's not your classy restaurant, no one gonna guide you to the table or ask for your order. just go there, sit anywhere you like, and chug it.
I like the vibe, coolness quotient was too high ;)
Zeppelin revelers have been known to cheer as the train travels past about every twenty minutes—I'm not sure why but don't question the collateral effects of 32-ounce mugs of strong German beer.
I did like their Beer glasses- and enquired about 'is it for sale' - unfortunately- it was not... poor me
Also, bring your pets! It’s pet friendly.
and hey the best part- PARKING is free: light rail parking is also available for Zeppelin folks (just google 'Zeppelin Hall parking' and it will take you there). you don't need to validate it, just park it and have...
