Stadium Grill — Restaurant in Jupiter

If I could give zero stars, I would do it. I've been in the restaurant business over 15 years, and the service here was absolute garbage. Sat down at 4:30, and at 4:55 a server came and told us they were having so called "computer problems" and that was the reason no one had greeted me and my family for almost a half an hour. I took it upon myself to go to the bar and get drinks, which the bartender of course got wrong. There were so many employees that walked by my table, managers and hostesses looking at my empty table for over half an hour. No exaggerations, the table next to us sat at the same time, and had been served drinks, apps and their dinners before I was even greeted by a server. The only saving grace this place had was the food. Granted we didn't order anything crazy off the menu, due to the new time constraints we had, but the food came out and was hot and fresh. Hats off to the kitchen staff and runners, they get the star I had to leave. I then ask my server, who has been to my table once for the entire experience, for the bill so we could be on time to meet friends, and she returned and delivered the bill...to the table next to us. I again asked for my bill, and she returned with....you guessed it, the credit card slip for the table next to us and not ours. Third times a charm I guess, and I finally got my bill. Didn't want a box for my leftover food because I didn't have 30 minutes to wait for it. To sit and watch so many employees walking around aimlessly, congregate by the front hostess stand, more interested in handing out cowboy hats because of the concert going on later, and not care about the awful service is unreal. Zero stars, would not recommend, and will not return. Anybody doubting this review and wants my credentials of my 15+ years in the restaurant business in Palm Beach County can...

Taylor Jay was an amazing server! That is the first thing I want to say. If not for her, this review would have been up a lot lower. We waited approximately 20 minutes before we were even questioned as to what drinks we wanted. Full disclosure, apparently the waitress that was supposed to serve us, saw us, thought we were taken care of, and then just ignored us. That's when Taylor Jay stepped in to serve the table. There was an event nearby and that was given as the reason for the sketchy service. However, I don't see that as an excuse. It basically says that we are ill equipped to service our clientele in the high traffic area we inhabit. Taylor Jay was very attentive and after our drinks were brought out she took our appetizer and main course orders. A significant amount of time later, our main course came about 6 to 7 minutes apart from our appetizer. We stayed at the beginning because our goal was to enjoy the beautiful day outside and we had all the time in the world to wait. I don't think on a regular day out to get food, would we have stayed after not being acknowledged. The food was also bland. This is our second visit, and we felt the same way about the food the first time. However, I don't recall the service...

I was very disappointed with their service. A group of friends and I wanted to go to a bar food restaurant after watching a game close in the area. We called in advance to make sure they had room (foreshadowing: we were the only ones in there) since we were a group of 10. They took our name down and somehow forgot we reserved a table prior to talking not even 5 minutes ago. They sat us down and everything took ages to get to us. We got there around 8:30 and left at 10:00. The waitress was discombobulated and did not know who ordered what and some even had wrong orders. The food was not worth the wait and everything was cold when we got it. The food was quickly filling and the prices were not worth it (upwards of $80 for a burger, mozzarella sticks, tater tots, and a quesadilla somehow). After we finished eating we asked for the check quickly and left the store as soon as possible. Would....
