I did an obituary online. Its a 100$ minimum to post on a regular day an extras for weekends, Especially Sundays. You can add additional days and news papers so i did. The initial Obituary was ran in the Daily Interlake like it was scheduled but then the next week on Wednesday (the day it was to be scheduled to come out in the Hungry Horse News). I got an email from Ali Ray stating "it was missed and would be ran the following week" Mind you there were multiple days before the paper was ran to get this in on time. Then it just never ran AT ALL . Think they offered to refund any money? NO, i actually had to reach out and say that that was the right thing to do because i paid for services that weren't received. The obituary was actually for someone who had worked for multiple Hagadone Corporation newspapers for YEARS. If you are going to charge that kind of money for services you better make sure you have employees to give them. Especially with the death of a loved one, that's a sensitive situation and i wouldnt hire just anyone to do the job who doesnt pay attention to detail and do final reviews prior to the paper coming out. I have been a customer for nearly 40 years without any problems until recently! Always received a letter or note with newspaper đ° about bill payments! Now all of a sudden my Newspaper had been cut off without any notice as of why! My wife had called and we were told we were caught up till July 3, now we are being told without any notifications that we are 1 1/2 months behind on payment! Not sure đ¤ why!
