I have brought two Nintendo Switch from here... Less then two months both are not working...I have warranty on both... While I trying to get the replace let's say GameStop is selling products that aren't in they system. When scanning the serial number is not showing up but My warranty for this product is on file. Make it make sense to me... I yet they think this is cool.. I wouldn't advise any shopping their to buy their pre owned anything... I have plenty spend of money at this location but not no more... I stay with Walmart for now.. The man working here is unborther by my situation at all... I wish region manager would reach out to me... I have alot of negative things to say about my experience with this. I having to wait on another employee from another store to come assistance because this employee doesn't know how to do his job.. Sad day for GameStop.. Please stop treating your Black African American customers so badly... If I was white I had it replace with no problem but I spent about $700.00 on these purchases and to stand this customer service you better know I boycott this store with my dollars......

I've been to several local KC GameStop locations this year and every single one of them was rude, some of them straight up lied to me. But I think this particular store is the worst. I used to love going to this store. The employees WERE fantastic. They were helpful, polite, patient, everything. A month ago or so I went in to trade in my XBox One S, and from the very moment I walked through the door, they were rude and belligerent and "joked" that they didn't want me in there. While conducting business with them, they continued to make jokes at my expense and laugh at me, became visibly angry and rough with my equipment and proceeded to call me a liar to my face. Empty promises are made, we’ve caught her telling different people in my group completely different info on the same day. I’m STILL owed items I PRE-ORDERED and am yet to receive them 5 months later. When telling them that was BS I was hung up on and now they won’t even answer my calls. So they can avoid calls but couldn’t place them about the items I already paid for being in stock and being sold to customers. Was told the manager had been out for 2 weeks with Covid but my friends were then told she’d be out the next two weeks with it. Also was told they didn’t have battery packs in (an item I pre ordered) but my friends were told they did. I spent over $800 at this location to be screwed around the entire time.
