Hillcrest Thrift Outlet (HPC) — Attraction in Kansas City

I was confused by this location at first. They are located right behind another Hillcrest Thrift Shop. I didn't realize there were two separate stores. I didn't even know this one existed. The items here aren't in the best condition. Generally, these are items that weren't sold at the other thrift shop, so they gave up and sent them here. Or these are items that weren't good enough to be sold at the other store to begin with. So long as your expectations aren't unrealistically high, you won't be disappointed. I needed a sturdy, functional dresser for the garage. I didn't care what it looked like so long as the drawers weren't broken. I ended up with one in a lot better condition than expected for only $10 and it's not an eyesore. This is a GREAT place to stock up on out of season clothing. They have a fill a bag sale every Thursday for $10, and you can fit quite a lot of clothing in one bag (you are not limited to just clothing, that's just what I use it for). I easily find good clothing brands every time - Gap, Gymboree, Children's Place, Old Navy, etc. Books are only 25 cents. Hillcrest Thrift Store Outlet has quickly become our new favorite place to shop! My daughters and I always have a fantastic experience here. Every time we visit, we leave with a great selection of clothes at unbeatable prices. The quality is always impressive, and we never fail to find something new to add to our wardrobes.

I totally recommend going to this place if you needed clothing, furniture, CDs, DVDs, VHS, records, a bunch of glassware, shoes, and much more. Definitely recommend it also with the prices, I recentlly came and got 2 bags worth of stuff for $5 which would cost more than $15 at a regular store. And the clothing (including the shoes) are the price of $2 each. I don't know about you but it's completely unbelievable to me. Anyways just come here when you get the spare time.
