Rally House Liberty — Attraction in Kansas City

I shop Rally often and usually it's a 5 star, my last visit to Liberty Mo Rally did not start off well, I asked about a shirt for my son and the Liberty location did not have the size, I was told that Barry Wood had 2 in 2XL showing in the computer, I told the clerk I've heard that before, so she said she would call, this clerk disappeared and did not get back with me. 15 minutes later I thought I'll just go to Barry Woods, as I was walking out another clerk was telling me goodbye. So, I asked her if the 1st clerk had mentioned anything to her about Barry Woods having the shirts. She said no and that the 1st clerk had gone to lunch. So, I asked the 2nd clerk to call over to double check and to see if they could have the shirt at the front check out for me. 2nd clerk called no shirt available in the 2XL size. It's a good thing I asked, or I would have been hot making a useless trip. Not good customer service by the 1st clerk. 2023 update: My favorite place to visit when the Chiefs are in the playoffs. The store is electric with the sound of happy fans, buying their new items in celebration 🎊🎉 I Iove how Really House adjusts their hours after big victories so people can buy new swag.

2022 update: Great selection of women's hats. I bought a super cute '47 Royals hat with gold embroidered crowns on it. Wonderful selection of KC items, including the KC Scouts hockey team 🏒 Love coming here.

Not following CDC guidelines at all. Masks are required and the store is not making their employees have them on at all. alongside that an employee was complaining about not being able to taste and smell and was visually very ill. She said her roommate tested positive and she has covid but she was still required to come to the store. this is so irresponsible, you have no exposed every person who walks in that store today while she is working.
