As a veteran and amateur historian it was of interest to me to visit and see this unique park nestled south of downtown KC. A miniaturized version of the Arc De Triumph. It seemed the residents of Rosedale wanted to get into the remembering of the Great War like the Kansas City's National World War I museum...

Great Memorial, Peaceful, well lit, park area, you can have a picnic, seating, lots of beautiful trees. Has some over growth and has changed over the years. Cutting some of the trees back would help with the view and paths but not too much. Or maybe it's ok just how it is? Neighbors...
