I've been to this store a handful of times, and I've never received amazing customer service. It's never necessarily been bad, but one time I remember feeling really rushed to select the piece I wanted to purchase (spending lots of money here, I should be able to take my time!)
Last weekend (1/18) my boyfriend brought me in to pick something out. I didn't get the woman's name greeting customers-she was younger, long brown hair with glasses. Very pretty and very polite!
Let me tell you about Seretha, though! She was marvelous! Very soft-spoken but confident, and has a very welcoming and light-hearted spirit about her. She really seems to enjoy what she does, which speaks volumes in a person's demeanor and energy. She was incredibly patient with me and helped me select the pieces I wanted by process of elimination. She gave her input only when I asked, and she didn't push me in any direction. When I couldn't decide between two pieces, she said "that is very you" about the necklace I had been wanting for a long time, which may sound like it could be a generic thing to say, but she was 100% right, and I'm still happy with the decision I made! (I haven't taken it off all week!)
Please give this woman a gold star and a paid day off! I've worked in customer service for a long time, and I wholeheartedly appreciate positive encounters such as this. She had a hand in turning the experience into a memory, and I hope to see her again next...
Read moreFirst time to set foot on this store and location, Katy Freeway already experienced the friendliness of the staffs, especially Roseanne. She was nice, friendly and very helpful to me. She assisted my entire visit even if it's almost closed to closing time. Since it's my first visit, I felt like I'm going to love coming to this store and location from now and forward. I'm buying my first purchase, charm bracelet and a handful of my chosen charms online but will pick up my purchases this weekend. I want them to put all the charms together there. The second day I went back I met Sue. She's nice and very helpful. Listens attentively to all my questions and gives her most honest recommendations. I finally made my first purchase! And I think I went overboard on my plan to work on building my collection from my first charmed bracelet. But no regrets. I love my first charmed bracelet and will definitely be back to buy more. I received awesome customer service one day I went in after work to make a purchase. I was dressed in my business attire and the lady was just as nice and provided great service. Later that same day I met my teenage daughter at the store to drop off her bracelet and add the charm I purchased earlier that day along with other gifts. My daughter was in her work clothes and I was in sweats. The lady that waited on us was not friendly and lack customer service. I never mentioned it to my daughter, however today she went in to pick up her bracelet and told me how horrible the customer service was. My question to my daughter was "was her service the same with the customer before you." She said no she was friendly to the other people. So my conclusion is this establishment stereotype customers when they walk in. If you look like you have money than you get better treatment, if you don't then you S.O.L.!
