For the food I put 1 because we know the potential of how good it couldāve been but it was cold as it came in the bag fresh out the freezer. 2 for the service because they were friendly, just not attentive. 5 for the atmosphere because it was a beautiful environment. But unfortunately hereās what happened. Flavors were there but the problem was that it was not fresh at all, like at all and we paid good money and waisted a lot of our time for food thatās not fresh. We waited over an hour for this food and was led to disappointment. Called over the phone and they said 45 minute wait. Got the place and checked in multiple times at the counter, really over three and the said the food wasnāt done. The last time they said āwe waiting on the popcorn shrimpā, okay if that was the case then why was it so cold when we got it ? Literally, Well call in orders should be priority as well. Everyone in that building food was fresh who was dine in and there was lots of bags on the counter for pick up and Iām positive the order been ready and yāall dropped the ball and lost it where the other dozens of pick up orders were. It was packed for Motherās Day and I understand high volume but NONE of the food was fresh and that gives me an idea itās been sitting. If it wouldāve been worth it then I wouldāve been okay with the wait time. I wanted to just refund and cancel my order due to wait time and quality of the food but I was already irritated and over it. Just ready to get out. Iām not writing this review out of anger nor being evil. This is feedback that needs to be giving because I wanna give this spot another try because of the potential, just wanna have it the way you all will eat it. Especially after spending so much money and waiting OVER an hour. The staff was nice and friendly. But the service for my first experience was absolutely terrible. Tasted the food as soon as we sat in the car and the car aināt far from the building. No steam coming out the box with no reaction eating the food. Canāt enjoy cold food unless itās meant to cold if that...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe day is 3/19/25 around 9:30pm. I was taking my sister out for her birthday, after our spa date. We got seated right away by the lovely host, who sat us right in the middle of the floor. So I know everyone saw us. But then we just sat and sat and sat for about 10 mins, and no one even came to the table to at least acknowledge us and to let us know we will be right with you. I eventually begin to count how many times the waitresses just walked passed us and didn't even look our way. So we got up to walk away, but, I couldn't walk away without letting them know how disappointed I was with the service this day, and this is the location I usually go to. So I spoke with a lady who didn't help at all and tried to make excuses for her co-workers, saying our waitress was busy. I explained that I understand that, but at least she can acknowledge us and let us know I'll be with y'all shortly, and we would've waited patiently. So she said she will get a manager. So as I was telling who I thought was a manager my complaint, she gave the same excuse as the cashier, and said she will get the manager, now I'm confused! So, finally the manager Miguel came to talk to us. The waitresses even lied and told him they came to our table, which was a whole lie, they never even as much looked our way! Miguel offered to comp our meal, but I requested a rain check for another day, as we set our mind to leave and didn't want to chance it at the time. I gave the 2 stars for the host and Miguel. I will pray for all the waitresses in this establishment who has a negative spirit towards people who don't look like them. Do unto others, what you want done to you. We were the only African Americans in the place, with the exception of another lady, but was with an hispanic guy. But, they were being serviced, and they was sitting...
