Kendallgate Shopping Center — Attraction in Kendall

This is a large outdoor shopping center with a wide range of retail stores and restaurants including Nothing Bundt Cakes, Bocas Grill Kendall, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Deny’s, Chick-fil-A, Petco, Michael’s Custom Framing, Ulta Beauty, DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Burlington, Mr. Tux Sales and Rental, Foot Locker and so much more!

The parking lot is very challenging ever since Chick-fil-A opened. 😢 I recommend you enter on Kendall Drive just past the traffic light, (SLOW DOWN OR YOU WILL PASS ENTRANCE!) instead of 122 Avenue entrance…be very careful you don’t pass it otherwise you are forced to drive onto FL Turnpike. On your way out the parking lot you will have to exit on 122 Avenue NOT on Kendall Drive the entrance you used to enter shopping center unless you want to take FL Turnpike for your next destination. Very good selection of Russian hamsters. But waited 30 min for them to take it out. Had very limited inventory on cages. Prices are 50-80 dollars I found one of the 3 cages they had and they said to look online they price match and they could not find it and made me wait 45 min in line looking for it for them and then they charged me 51 when they had starter led ones for 26 on sale and this one has just cage no food or anything and they wouldn’t reduce it because it was on the shelf but not online??! Horrible I would go for the Russians as they are good with kids but they took their time and made me look for the match and wait an hour I just paid and left. I will never buy cages there. Cashier was nice but was taking care of everyone but me trying to make line fast. Me and my kid...

Very uncooperative and condescendant customer service from staff member Jane..she needs people's skills and be willing to receive additional training to navigate their computer system to help customers instead of being sarcastic to customers.There are many people deserving to have a job better than her!! On the other hand, store Manager Chris and 2 other staff members, K and Leslie were extremely kind and professional to help us finding a transaction from 2 days ago when I were trying to return a purchased item, and their system was down and I has lost the receipt..Kudos to Chris, K...
