First time I've been here and was looking for an airbrush which I found in a glass case so one of the employees grabbed it from the glass case and brought it to the register for me and I paid for it they put it in the bag and I went home then I discovered that the seal on the airbrush box was broken and there was a piece missing that went with the airbrush but wasn't part of the airbrush so I didn't try the airbrush itself because I was going to return it for a new one and I went back the next day and told them what had happened and it must have been a return someone put back on the shelf so they sent an employee back to grab a new one while I finished shopping and when I get to the register they had cut the new one open and put the piece that was missing in the one I was returning I was like seriously I'm new to airbrushing that was just what I noticed I didn't try the actual airbrush what if it's missing something or broken to which they were like keep your receipt excuse me what I paid for what I expected to be a new airbrush it wasn't cheap and because of your policy I didn't have a chance to inspect it until I got home not to mention it was in a glass case I wouldn't exspect it to be tampered with in the first place then I had to drive all the way back here for you to open up a new one that your probably going to put back on the shelf and someone else is going to end up in my situation instead of exchanging the airbrush I'm beyond mad this is rediculous and I plan on getting ahold of management about this and returning it completely tomorrow and take my...
