The last two times I went I decided to to go inside and dine in I wanted to try one the new pretzel burgers I just didn’t know at the time what they were called I just had asked them if I could get one the new burgers that came out if they can help me figure it out because I didn’t know the name of them I kept looking up at the menu because I saw them and the name popped up the guy taking my order kept making me feel pressured and hurried as soon as he started taking my order I had also ordered other stuff for my husband and son it was just me not knowing the name of the burger kept saying “anything else” after each thing I ordered like annoyed and bothered at me that was my first impression of the restaurant the second time I came in to dine in a girl took my order we ordered everything fine they usually give us our drinks right at the front before leaving to our table but this time she said “they’ll bring your drinks when your order is out” which I didn’t care and said “okay thank you” our order came out and everything we ordered was correct we just didn’t get our drinks we waited ten minutes thinking they must of forgot but waited another ten minutes and at this point they were obviously not going to come so I waited to ask the girl at the front that took my order she would clearly see me standing there when she had no customers and wouldn’t ask me if I needed anything when I tried to ask she would leave somewhere else almost avoiding me I said whatever to when then the guy from last time that took our order asked me what I needed I said “we didn’t get our drinks” he said “you should’ve gotten your drinks already” said it with an attitude annoyed almost proceeds to look at what I ordered and leaves didn’t tell anyone nor himself to get our drinks I was super annoyed and mad at this point I was pregnant and hangry I saw another girl handing out some other family there order and said we didn’t get our drinks she asked for our receipt to get our drinks brought them still got one wrong and we told her she was annoyed that she had to go back and get the right one to which she rolled her eyes at us all this happened I’m not sure of going back again the employees are super rude and they all have a rbf I’m sorry but I’m not sure thats how you treat your customers every time I go I get treated...
Read moreThis was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had and shockingly, it was at Chick-fil-A, a brand known for “customer service.” Well, not at this location.
The girl handing out orders was rude, entitled, and clearly not trained for the position. She first told me to park in a spot that had just opened, then returned shortly after with an attitude and barked at me to move to a different spot by a yellow cone. Her tone was completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
I waited over 30 minutes and never got my food. When the manager finally came out, there was no apology just questions. He asked for my name, and when I gave it, he said there was no order under that name. I explained that the girl outside never asked for my name, only my car. Then he asked for the last letter of my name (seriously?). And when he couldn’t find the order, he implied I hadn’t paid. I had to pull out my phone and show the bank text confirming that Chick-fil-A had charged me. Imagine having to prove you paid just to get basic service. That was humiliating.
Honestly, maybe it was too soon for them to open. The staff clearly isn’t ready, and the management is just as unprepared. Burger King trains their people better and maybe that’s why they still wear the crown. Chick-fil-A is just one big overhyped name at this point. The way they’re treating customers, their reputation will definitely start to fade and fast.
I will never return to this location or any other Chick-fil-A again. And I’ll be sure to tell my friends, family, and business partners about this experience. Chick-fil-A, do better because...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A food, I think the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, with waffle fries, Chick-fil-A sauce, and a Coke is one of my favorite fast food meals of al time. New location, so just be patient with the service and things they are doing around the building to make it 100%, Chick-fil-A offers great food and locations, so I am confident it will continue to get better.
This go around I did knock the service.... the young lady that took my order really needs trained better, she really didn't know the menu, didn't let me see the menu card, and when taking my order really struggled.... and not a big deal, but not one, wait for it "my pleasure" (that doesn't really bug me, but from going to Chick-fil-A locations before, I thought very odd). My food almost got handed to a car 8 cars behind me, because the young lady who took my order didn't put down the correct make of my car, and the thing that just didn't make me feel a 5 star experience... I asked for regular Coke (it had been a long day and I wanted the sugar) and I got Diet Coke (I am making a sigh noise right now because of how dissapointed I was) and I wasn't going to try and re-navigate the long line in the drive through and inside the building.
Don't worry Chick-fil-A I know you will get better, this is literally the first time one of your locations has let me down. I'll be back, and I am guessing the young lady that took my order will improve. Not even really upset, just...
