I had an awesome time. I took a shot booking with you guys over the competition and it was well worth it. I ran into Dakota by accident on the street and found the place perfectly. He even took a few photos of me on my motorcycle with the palm trees in the background. Dakota was very helpful with the process of taking the temporary boating test which I passed no problem. He gave me all the information I needed about finding the closest restroom and storing my things during the trip. He passed our group off to Danny and we hit the water. Danny was a great tour guide. I took first in the pack following him and we cruised right along with no issues. He lead us through the choppier parts and still maintained the integrity of the tour. It was dope how you guys offer free photos (taken by Danny) instead of going for the money grab. That was probably one of my favorite parts of the tour and it did not go unappreciated. Danny took some sick shots. The time flew by and I will definitely be coming back next time I’m down in Key West. Thanks for a great time and some awesome memories. Dakota good luck on your trip up north. Danny good luck with the pilots license. I know you will kill it!

For anyone looking, this is the only place I could find on Key West that actually rents jet skis for free-riding. However we booked the jet ski tour at 4pm on a Thursday and it was pretty awesome!! We did get a little rough weather, which we were warned about ahead of time, but I think it made the trip all the more exciting. There were about 11 people on 7 jet skis on our tour and we had two guides, Jeff and Tanner. Both of them were awesome and did a great job watching the less experienced riders and leading those that wanted to go faster! The tour goes all around the island and has a few stops where they share some history, fun facts and make recommendations for places to check out. The last stop before heading back in is a good size area where you get some free time to ride, swim, take photos or whatever you want to do. Everyone we dealt with was awesome and so was the whole experience!! Me, my wife and our two youngest (11 & 14) all had a great time. I'll make it a point to come back next time we're in the keys!

A friend and I recently had the opportunity to visit Key West. We were determined to ride jet skis/wave runners and did our research. That led us to Barefoot Billy’s at Casa Marina. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our guides for the day were Tyler and Steve. They were fabulous, fun, and informative. They gave us a good amount of free time to “play” on the jet skis and provided a nice little tour of the area. The tour itself lasted about 1 hr 40 minutes and was well worth it! The water was rough the day we went so we got some wild riding in as well as some calmer riding in when they took us to calmer waters. I actually enjoyed both. Towels and hoses to wash off with were provided at the end. Lockers are available to store stuff and each jetski had a center console for storage as well. Would definitely recommend this adventure.

Three words : Jeff and Jay.

If it’s not Jeff and Jay, I’m not coming back! They are the WORST …no, just kidding!! The BEST jet ski tour guides I have ever worked with. If you’re looking for a Jet Ski experience that’s FUN…just stop scrolling searching, trust this review and call these guys.

First I’d like to highlight and shoutout Captain Anthony from Got ‘Em On Sport fishing for recommending us to come here for the tour.

I’ll try to keep it short but WOW!!!! My expectations were exceeded by 100 miles. The check in was smooth and butter. The gentleman gave us clear instructions and what to expect prior to the tour. We were given wet suits to keep us from getting too cold and a clear demonstration of the PWC before we walked to the other side of the beach to our jet skis. Jeff, accompanied by Jay, both clearly demonstrated what the expectations were. Especially since we had some extra wind that morning, for our safety the modified plan was to stay on one side of the island. The guides then made sure all of us got settled on our crafts before our tour began.

We made several stops where Jeff gave us some interesting insights about the islands and other surrounding bits of land. Between these stops, Jeff made our ride enjoyable by creating fun bubble paths to follow, with some figure 8’s and sharper turns to really turn up the experience for those in the front following him who love adrenaline.

About halfway during our tour we stopped by some shallower open water where the guides let us rip around and drive these jets like we stole them….none of us held back on that at all.

The thing I appreciated most though about this experience was the attentiveness to different skill levels and comfort. The guides urged more experienced riders to stay toward the front…this way we could break some of the waves for people who were not as experienced and maybe didn’t wish to ride full throttle. During our second stop and after a rough bit of water, a young lady, who by the way came by herself and we all thought she did well, got a little freaked out and wanted to end her ride early. Jay was so kind to guide her back to the beach.

Originally the tour was going to be modified due to wind but our guides felt like our team could handle some waves (and they were right) so we did the entire tour as advertised. It was worth every penny and if we hadn’t been flying back home the following day, the plan was to come back for one more ride.

Jeff and Jay…thank you guys so much for creating an experience we will never forget. You elevated our vacation so much and this is something my spouse and I will talk about for a long time. We will see you again…and until then, keep being the (worst) best...

My wife and I were paired with Captain Steve, our guide from Barefoot Billy's in Key West for the 9:00 A.M. tour. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic, and Captain Steve played a pivotal role in making it a remarkable morning on the water.

First and foremost, Captain Steve's extensive knowledge and expertise in jet skiing were evident right from the beginning. He took the time to provide thorough safety instructions, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and confident before we hit the water. His professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for an exciting yet secure adventure.

The jet skis provided by Barefoot Billy's were in good condition. Captain Steve led us on a thrilling tour through the scenic waters surrounding Key West. What made our experience truly exceptional was Captain Steve's friendly and engaging personality. He went above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on the tour. We were a party of 3. 2 adults & a 10yo. Our jet ski trip was amazing, & we had wonderful weather. Please note, the Gulf side of jet skiing is smooth as silk, but the Atlantic is more rough, wavy, & choppy. You'll need to prepare for a bit of bouncing, & also to warn your kids of such if they're timid. Don't take any cell phones or personal items unless you put in a waterproof case around your neck & secure w/your life jacket. Your guide can take pics of you, but the rest you'll need to remember in your mind. Wipe down your (sun)glasses w/something that repels water, or you won't see a thing from the ocean spray. Go sparingly on face sunscreen around the eyes or that plus the saltwater will have your eyes stinging, & you wasting time trying to wipe/sooth your eyes. Reon was our guide, & very experienced. He was patient, & knowledgeable. Showed us some amazing sites. We toured the entire island, & it was super cool to experience it all from the water side. Our only regret is not doing it sooner in the trip so we could take advantage of some of the awesome places pointed out on tour. We left the next day, by car, & were also extremely sore, so remember that in the event you have something the next day that soreness would make less fun. Our total tour group was 6. Us 3, & another small family of 3. Only 4 jet skis total, so it was low key, & awesome. Highly recommend. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that it was super chaotic once we arrived. Apparently someone walked off the job. Nobody could answer questions, & it made us all very nervous at 1st. Fortunately that calmed once our guide came off the water & could assist. Otherwise it was...
