I was recently in Key West with my sister exploring during our cruise. We stopped by to look at all the beautiful art displayed. Staff was nice, but started to feel shady when the lady was following us all around after we said we were just looking. She asked what piece we liked and told us that we "might as well look at it in different lighting" and brought us into this room. She adjusted the lighting and left us in there and came back with a notebook. She wrote the price of the piece and how much it would cost to ship to the midwest. We politely told her we weren't interested. She then asked "what is holding you back?" Sorry, but a nearly 6k piece of art isn't in the budget at this time. Absolutely a disgrace. I bought a piece from them on Feb 4th. A few days later I realized it was not as what we expected and canceled my order. I was told they will stop the order and refund me. Then a month later, March 10th I am told it has been shipped and when I get it return it and I will be refunded.
