It really pains me to do this, as I am not one to leave a bad review somewhere typically, but I feel socially responsible to warn others of what they may be getting into here, especially first-time buyers of signature pieces. In early 2017, I was on vacation in Key West and stumbled onto Millionaire Gallery while strolling Duval Street in what was a fantastic winter getaway. My experience there was great, and I wound up working with the curators at Millionaire Gallery to make a unique Star Wars piece with ten signatures that is the crown jewel of my man-cave. The signatures were all guaranteed by the gallery, came with a certificate of authenticity, and the piece made it to my home in Virginia supremely packaged in pristine condition.
However, about a year or so after, with Carrie Fisher no longer with us, I decided I wanted to have the piece independently appraised and added to my home insurance as a rider to protect its actual value versus what was paid. I took the certificate I was provided to a local collector's shop that works with memorabilia of this nature only to find they could not give it a full appraisal value without a certificate from one of the big three signature authentication authorities (JSA, SGC, or PSA).
As it transpires, I came to find out that Millionaire Gallery did not start offering this type of certificate via JSA until 2018 (a major detail they failed to mention at the time of purchase), so I was up the creek without a paddle simply because I had purchased the piece one year prior. In a dilemma, I reached back to the gallery for support in November of 2018 to see if they could help make things right only to be left waiting for three months due to their busy season and then, after many follow ups, was told I would have to cover the cost of returning the piece to them as well as return shipping (no easy feat given the distance and certainly not cheap with crating, insurance, etc. AND cover the cost of the actual authentication by their JSA rep, which I thought was an additional slap in the face!
This was disappointing to say the least, and I was left out in the cold with no recourse but to pursue certification by my own means, which they would not agree to reimburse and went totally silent on me with no response to emails, despite offering to provide full oversight, receipts, documentation, etc. This gallery now offers JSA certification with all their pieces as seen on their website, but had I known then what I know now, I would have passed on my first major memorabilia purchase if I knew it would lead to this kind of headache.
BUYER BEWARE: Once you give them your money, these people will be done with you once the product is shipped. Do not expect good customer service post-purchase and DEMAND TO SEE the JSA certificate BEFORE you purchase! Otherwise, I fear you may be sorely disappointed when you attempt to add a piece to your home insurance.
Again, the people I worked with there initially were wonderful, and it was also a thrill to collaborate on and customize the piece with the gallery's owner to make it one-of-a-kind with additional signature cards, but the post-purchase support and communication, especially for something so expensive, is absolutely deplorable, and I'm sure I'm not the only one in this boat since they have been in business for some time.
I gave them every opportunity to make things right and one would expect such a place to build a relationship with its customers to keep them coming back or referring friends, but I will certainly look elsewhere for my next purchase and can no longer in good conscience recommend this gallery. The love I had for the piece I purchased is now forever tarnished because of this terrible experience and I won't be a return customer as a result; very disappointing!
I am retaining an extra star because my initial experience was so great as others here report, but I hope my experience serves as a warning to others to do their due diligence before making a large purchase of...

Highly unprofessional people are running this business. They refuse to respond or take responsibility for resolving the issues with my broken art piece. Bruce, the so-called owner, is hands-on, as Glee claims, but he’s nothing more than a small fish in a big pond, pretending to be more than he is while still working within his company.
They delayed sending me the original copy of the art I purchased, making excuses about shipment and delivery. When I finally received it, the piece was broken. I immediately contacted them, but of course, no response. This is how they handle their poorly executed sales.
I paid $2,000 for this piece, and they also failed to provide authenticity documents. For all I know, the piece could very well be a fake.
Do not buy from this store! I highly recommend staying away to avoid the frustration and disappointment I...
Read moreReally enjoyed looking around this storefront at some of the pieces that they offered. I think the majority of the things for sale here are just a few steps above a gimmick, since essentially it’s just autographs they are selling. But they build a very large themed display around the autograph to make the price tag go up five times the amount it’s worth. But with that being said, they are very nicely put together and I was actually very interested in a Jack Nicholson Joker one.
The man working was kind and answered our questions as well. They also have some extremely rare autographs that I’ve never seen anywhere in my life such as a Tesla one. Overall, if you are interested in having a cool themed wall piece with the autograph of your favorite celebrity, I think this is a very good option for you. But if you just want to spend a few hundred bucks on your favorite celebrities autograph, this isn’t the...
