Top notch service and incredibly knowledgeable staff - the go-to experts on all things in and around Key West. We booked the Havana day trip through Our Key West and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience and an exceptional value. From the time we arrived at the airport for our flight we knew we were in good hands. Check in in Key West was efficient and easy and we were met at the Havana airport by a guide who whisked us through customs so we could start our Havana adventure immediately. This "concierge" is a nightmare and a ripoff. Their website says their services are "free" but when I asked them to find me a golf cart, they sent me an old, beat up cart which cost $2100 (fine) and then charged me $864.00 as a "nonrefundable deposit" for having made the phone call!!! No problem with the golf cart business. I got what I paid for. But I received NOTHING for their phone call, except a bill for $864.00.
