I had Studio Marie Pierre and Amanda for my wedding day and could not be happier with the result. I did a trial run a month before the wedding, and had Amanda do my makeup for the rehearsal dinner & wedding day. Amanda is amazing! I don't wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis but I wanted a flawless bridal look for the Big Day. She worked with me and tweaked it along the way to make me look perfect. She is again, simply amazing. That doesn't even touch her personality! She is so sweet and fun to be with, spending time with her on your wedding day is so relaxing and I loved having her there (she also did all my bridesmaids' makeup too and my mother in law, 2 of the bridesmaids didn't want makeup until the day of and she squeezed them in for us!) She handled my family gracefully, and was so friendly and efficient.

I cannot recommend Studio Marie-Pierre enough and will definitely be using them for any special events in the future. The main thing I was impressed with was my eyes - I never had worn fake eyelashes and she made them look so natural. I have blonde hair & blue eyes and she made my eyes pop so well, it was dramatic without being 'heavy' or 'too much makeup'. I also had the airbrush service added and the Sunday after my Saturday night wedding we flew to Turks & Caicos...we only got a few hours of sleep and my makeup lasted literally 2 days! That shows how great it works! (plus my wedding was in 85 degree Key West heat and I didn't get oily or shiny). Don’t look any further, if you’re having an event just go ahead and book Marie-Pierre. From my very first communication with Marie-Pierre to the end my experience was stress-free, which are two words brides hardly ever use. I planned a destination wedding in Key West and had to go off faith that the vendors would work out. My first email to Marie-Pierre had a response back within 24 hours answering my first 50 questions. Leading up to the event every email had a quick and clear response and I knew I could trust her team. Day of they arrived at our place a little early to set up and I had a wave of calm set over me that as a bride we don’t always feel on wedding day. The team worked efficiently, while also having fun and making it personal. Every step of the way was marked with a “do you like it this way or this way” question to ensure that every person in the party was happy with the look they received. Coming from my husband he said, “wow your makeup doesn’t look cakey like most brides”, which coming from a man who knows nothing about makeup is a very high compliment, and everyone couldn’t get over that my hair looked so natural, but didn’t have any pieces fall out of place in that Florida heat. Our hair and make-up team was phenomenal. Myself and my entire bridal party have all been in many weddings (including their own) and the make-up was the best we have ever had. The airbrush make-up was some kind of miracle make-up. It did not allow your face to melt off in the Key West summer heat. I did not ever feel one little sweat bead! The colors were perfect, the application quick yet detailed. EYELASHES – just WOW, our eye lashes were one of my favorite things. They were bold and not overbearing. They could easily stay on for a week plus if you wanted them. Our hair was fabulous as well, of course with the heat, everyone decided to do an up-do, which was necessary. Everyone was pretty easy going about the style, some had Pinterest pics and others did not. They gave everyone a unique yet beautiful style. My hair was perfection; the trial we did a few months back was identical with some extra pizzazz. We added a beautiful jeweled piece and it turned out to be just the right extra touch.
