While visiting Key West I happened upon this lovely boutique where Tania could not have been kinder and very helpful. I appreciated her approach in letting me browse at my own pace, yet being available to answer any questions.

When I returned home I realized I had purchased an extra tank in error. I emailed the next morning and within an hour of the boutique opening, a refund was issued. She told me to give the top she had refunded to a friend as a gift in an effort to not inconvenience me.

If that wasn’t already enough to make me a loyal customer....there is more!!! Tania found my sunglasses in the dressing room and mailed them back to me! I offered to provide a credit card to pay for the shipping and she said she was happy to mail them.

Vignette is a lovely boutique with THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone visiting Key West to enjoy the best boutique shopping experience and customer service.

I LOVE this store! When I moved here I thought only online clothes shopping was going to be my life, but then I met Vignette ❤️ Tonia and Tami are awesome. Tonia treats me like a queen. She is like a personal shopper!

The little clothing boutique has a feel like Anthropologie with all their unique clothes and lingerie. Plus, you can also find premium denim like AG.

There’s not much to choose from in Key West, so if you want amazing customer service, affordable, and chic clothes that you would find in a high-end department stores, this is the place to shop...you will not be...

Love this store so much! All their clothes are made using beautiful natural fibers like organic cotton and silk, so they feel amazing. And they have curated items that fit perfectly and comfortably. I wore their fabulous "hurricane leggings" on my flight today and they were perfectly comfy and cute at the same time. Also wore the hand-dyed lightweight poncho and basically plan to wear it all the time forever -- it is timeless and super soft. I had an absolute blast chatting with Tania, too. This is a special shop with a super positive vibe. Can't wait to come back and...
