Smoke Star Vape Shop — Attraction in Killeen

My daughter and I just made our second visit to Smoke Star Vape Shop and I have to tell you it's definitely the BEST experience I've ever had in a vape shop in town!! Plus, they have an amazing selection of juices, mods, disposables...you name it!! I bet if you need it, they carry it!!!

Our first visit last week, we met Jackie & she was very friendly, as sweet as could be & very helpful!! We also got a newcomer's discount which was a great surprise!!

This week, the owner was working & he totally blew my mind with the knowledge of each e-juice he had on the shelf!! He said he's tried them each personally & if they're not good, they didn't go on the shelf!!

He even managed to change my mind regarding a coffee flavored e-juice. I told him I love coffee...but don't like coffee flavored candy, ice cream or anything else. Well, he pulled down a Barista Brew Co. coffee flavored e-juice, dabbed a smidge on my finger & good googly moogly...I LOVED IT!! He went on to let me try two other coffee flavored ones & both were equally as good!! I was completely stunned I liked them...being a Leo, I don't change my mind often lol 🤣🤣

It was really nice to be treated so well in a shop!! You know most times you go in the other shops around here (no names lol), you feel like you're interrupting them & they can't wait to rush you back out of the store. Not here!! It was truly refreshing!!

As if our visit couldn't get any better, I got an established customer discount this time around!! I was very happy about that!! Heck, with the cost of everything these days, I love to save anywhere I can!!

Y'all...You're really missing out if you're not going to Smoke Star!!!! I won't be going anywhere...

This place is a rip off, I Hurd from someone that this place don’t take care of their employees, also they charge you on top of your payment of the product you are buying. They have overcharged my buddy’s purchase. Also when you get a shipment you have to pay more on top your order Af of being in the military and going to different states when going on TDY. And I was told about this product call (Blue Lotus) he told me about it and said this place is the place to get it from, he was telling me that I have to use a refill device. He kept telling me it’s in a bottle. I also heard the owner degraded an employees significant other for wearing weather appropriate clothing going as far to call her names. Overall definitely losing my business. Just bad customer service all around especially...

FINEST EXPERIENCE!!! Jay and Moe we're tremendously helpful in selecting some products. We were searching for and filling us in on questions we had about other products. Jay was in training, but standing his ground and acknowledged our needs to help.... Service with a huge smile!!! And that was contagious, because we left smiling!! Moe is very knowledgeable in all the products he provides... He was straight up with us and made us feel at home. We saw them interacting with other customers.And the same the whole time.... Would highly highly recommend this location if you're looking for a smoke shop that has it all!! Thanks...
