Maws Mountain Moonshine - Kissimmee — Local services in Kissimmee

I've been to the other Maw's Moonshine up north and that one was lovely. This one was the complete opposite, absolutely awful.

The store had 2 couples in so it was pretty dead and yet the staff could not find the time to help me at all. I wanted to taste test moonshine to determine which of the new flavors I wanted to buy and got completely ignored, I went to ask for ask the slender blonde associate for help and she completely ignored me after I said "excuse me" to try to get her attention 3 times. Apparently talking to her male colleague and moving 1 moonshine jar down a shelf in the same section was more important. I tried to get checked out with my 1 moonshine jar that I figured I would still buy and was also completely ignored by that associate as well.

I ended up putting my moonshine back on the shelf it came from and just walking out the store. I will never go back there again. 0/10 would...

Welcome to the world of moonshine. As you walk in, I was greeted by barrels and wonderful staff members who tell you the tasting options right away. We were in a rush so we decided to look around and take notes for our next trip. The distillers were very creative and came up with some amazing-sounding flavors. They had all types of fruits and foods, and not to mention desserts. The distillery was well laid out and very easy to navigate.

All the staff were easy to talk to and helpful. I will be going back there next time when I have 2 to 3 hours because this is not something you want to do in 10 to 15 minutes. It looks like they get very in-depth and explain the process and answer questions, and it can turn into a whole learning experience.

I just recently turned 21 and this was the first place i went to to have a drink to celebrate. i’ve never felt as welcomed in a store or restaraunt as i was in here. all the staff welcomed me and made me so feel comfortable when asking so many questions, since it was my first drinking experience. it’s such a cozy and warm , family oriented place and you can DEFINITELY feel the family oriented atmosphere with how the staff treats you. amazing cocktails and amazing taste testing experience. would 100% come back and bring my friends. thanks for making my first drinking experience...
