I'm ignoring the Minecraft movie that's playing to leave this review. That doesn't matter much because I haven't seen anything since it started anyways. I left the theater three times and was out of the theater around 5 minutes each time. And each time I can't back confused as to what was happening. I called before going and was told there were working CC devices. The first device, labeled 2, was working during the preview and stopped the moment the movie started. Some message "if you are seeing this see the staff immediately", "device malfunction" blah. Device two, labeled 1, had the same message. Device three, labeled 4, seemed to work. I missed the first 10 to 15 of the movie and my kid saw it but didn't know what was happening. Pretty disappointing that we have to wait until the movie starts to see if the device is fully working. Irritating that I have to miss anything. This is the second theater to not have working devices at the time the movie starts. Ultrastar just didn't have theirs charged... Two stars because they got it fixed, eventually. Do better, be accessible. Edit. Nevermind. Every 30 seconds this device is malfunctioning also. Got some photos. Got a refund for the one ticket of the deaf child. Honestly, I should have asked for a refund for myself for how much of this movie I was out of the room for.

A couple dollars cheaper than most theaters but it's mostly a gross experience, I am surprised this place has been shut down. The original ticket booth and replacement mall side are shut down and tickets are dealt from inside on the back side of the ticket booth. Concessions are average, but no special frills. Layout. The original entrance on the parking side leaves a huge open area in the middle with Nothing in it. It would serve well as a concessions area or maybe a bar but currently is just an empty space, doesn't even have a bench. Seating is small uncomfortable chairs but average 30 years ago. The biggest downside is its broken, unkempt, messy appearance. Seriously clean the carpets once please. Final evaluation, good if you need cheap tickets but mostly stay away you will most likely get sick or bed bugs or something from this gross looking location.

Freshly popped popcorn, highly carbonated cola, and Titan surround sound. What a blast! Watching a new espionage action film was a "Wow" experience. Movies.. at the movies is an ultimate leisure activity. Reading Cinema has excelled safety protocols. First, still cheap. Only $8.50 a ticket. Seat reservations still exist but with 3 seats in between same row and no one behind it in front of you. All contactless. Not even your tickets are touched. Entrance through the theater, exit into the mall. This eliminates crowd contact and crowd crossing. No more self-serve but employee service assisted. I am thrilled and hope you can support this family pastime. No cash accepted. Credit/debit cards. All disability accessible and spacious.

I've been going to this theater for probably over fifteen years, it has always been my go to theater because of fair pricing especially for Titan showings, and a good location.

I'm a father of three young kids and my wife and I have very few opportunities to get a babysitter and go out for a movie night, maybe only a couple of times per year. Last night was one of those nights, we were both excited to have a date night and go see the new Dune movie.

Unfortunately, just a few minutes into the film starting we saw that a huge hair was on the projector lens or glass and it went across half the screen. At first it was funny, and we thought we would just go out to let them know about it and fix it. After asking several times, and seeing other movie goers asking for it to be fixed, nothing was done. We had a huge distracting hair across half the screen the entire movie. I'm extremely disappointed that the staff just ignored multiple requests to fix this, and that one of our few movie nights of the year was dampened by something so...

Arrived excited to watch "Aquaman" with the family, was greeted by a friendly staff. Although about half way thru the movie I felt something wet in my hand ...after feeling around I found ice, which was weird cause we didnt buy drinks. A few minutes later I see my son flinch but didnt think much of it since he has autism/ADHD, but them my oldest text me and asked me if I thru something at the other boys (we are a family of 6). I told her no..she then tells me someone is throwing things at them. I go and find a staff member. And let me tell you.... they sprung into action and found the person. It did not go too good as the person became impossible to deal with. He made crazy accusations, staff asked if we would like to move which being the theater was practically empty we did. Staff was very professional and accommodating. I went to thank them at the end only to find another person informing the manager the other persom behavior. We will definitely...
