It was a square cut diamond with very sharp prongs that I could not wear because it was constantly scratching my kids. The store that I bought my ring from was not willing to fix the issue only advice from them was that I can upgrade to a new ring and pay double the value. So I settled on not wearing my engagement ring just my wedding band. One day I found Jewelry Loft in Grossmont center. When I walked in I was greeted by Yuliya. I explained to her my situation and showed her my engagement ring that I could not wear. But while talking to her I saw a ring under the glass. It was stunning, exactly the ring I was dreaming about. To make the story short Yuliya offered to buy my ring from me. The price she gave me was very competitive and I agreed to it. All I had to do is pay the difference in price and the ring of my dreams was on my finger. I didn’t have to pay double as it was suggested by the Z place. Moreover, they specialize in custom wedding ring designs, and their overall process is streamlined and efficient in order to create such breathtaking, one of a kind wedding bands. My favorite thing about this store, though, is the exceptional customer service. The owner is a true gentleman. He is extremely friendly and welcoming when one inside his store. He is very knowledgeable on jewelry and will offer helpful guidance whilst listening to customers’ needs and interests. In addition, he remembers all of his repeat customers and will ask them how they have been and how their life currently is.
