Painter and painting should be different, I mean artist and paintings should be, every noble has different stories, such a thing I want to see the difference, it is adventure and excitement in my view of galleries in Laguna Beach arts museum. Lack of diversity in the colorful walls and lights the whole wall is beautiful but individual play separately.
Indian summer isnât matter for me but matters are something empty in his painting â Thomas L. Hunterâ. Christmas cards are we see as well as I see
These paintings are all in one to be impressive but individually investigating isnât pleasure to watch but definitely in a distance it is pleasure, definitely need a space and distance to read this walls attachments under the lights, taking some times in his painting which understanding of nodding in the afternoon but I still like to see his colors rather than shadows in the flame.
I can understand his jobs are matters of colors not the strong strokes on the walls. In the end, it is matters of distance, it is his atmosphere not mine but I could understand what it is
If we see him without eyeglasses, his works are really meaningful, only I can enjoy it but as soon as I got my glasses to see clearly it is disappointing...
Read moreI was excited to visit the LAM for the first time with some friends on 1/21/24. We came in, paid admission, then were told (after paying) that only the 2nd floor was open.
That was a bit surprising to hear, after having paid the listed price for the full museum, but given the fee, it seemed fair to assume thereâd be quite a lot to see on the second floor.
It turned out the second floor was merely a narrow hallway loft to an otherwise large empty gallery, with a projected installation, a map sculpture, & a few photographs on the right wall. Taking our time, the whole exhibit took about 5 minutes to see. There was far more art (& space) in the free gift shop & lobby than in the full ticketed museum.
This is the first Iâve ever felt scammed by an art gallery, which is admittedly impressive in its own right. đ
I assume this isnât usually the case; it seems like a beloved place. I just wish theyâdâve been fully honest about how little there was to see that day, &/or have charged a small fraction of the admission to see a small fraction...
