So stoked to have access to a spot like Top Notch! Mehdi, Sepi, and the rest of the crew are all fantastic instructors. They're hilarious but professional, and always do a great job making new members feel welcome. My partner and I have been going to the HIIT classes consistently for about 2 years now and have seen great results.
The classes are challenging but accessible, and varied in a way that I can build on routine's I'm familiar with, but also get to try fresh exercises throughout the week that keeps me from feeling bored. The music choices are diverse, fun, and hard hitting, the room is spacious and clean, and there's plenty of equipment available. Lastly, the culture there is super chill; everyone is very friendly and supportive, while also giving each other space to "lock-in" to our own workouts and do what we go there to do.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying it out. If you're new to HIIT, it will be a challenging first couple of weeks, but you can start with lighter weights and will see yourself getting stronger very quickly. I would also recommend the monthly fitness challenges, where the team will measure your weight / body fat % / muscle % / etc. and design a nutrition plan for you. I lost about 7 lbs last month, but more importantly learned how much protein I was missing from my diet and how I needed to space out my meals differently.

Read moreI got lucky to start TopNotch group classes over the extended stay that I had in california this summer. I attended their classes for 3 months and enjoyed every single class. At the start I was a true beginner in not knowing the right form for moves like dead lift. TNF great coaches walked me through the detailed steps of each move and helped me find my confidence in hard core exercise that they offer. After a week I got addicted to their classes in a way that it was hard for me to start my mornings without attending their 6 am classes. The class vibe is very positive and energetic and the community that they have built is super supportive. From days to days and weeks to weeks they offer a brand new combination of great moves and you never get bored feeling you are doing the same thing over and over. Even Though in group classes, but different from any other group classes, the coaches pay individual attention to each single person in the class to make sure that they have the best form and also push o the next levels. Overall after the 3 months of regular classes I gained a good amount of noticeable new muscle and felt much leaner and most importantly MUCH stronger.
