Excellent service. I placed an order from out of state, and it was delivered the same morning, within the hour.

I asked a lot of questions, and heavily leaned on Anne's (sp?) expertise to help me in choosing the perfect gift for my mom's birthday. To characterize the staff as helpful seems ungracious; I felt my business was most welcome.

The gift was perfect, better than anticipated. For the money, it was exceptional value. I presented an amount I wished to spend, Anne presented me with many options, and I ended up sending a gift of a quality I couldn't have afforded otherwise and having enough of a margin that the store could tip the individual who hustled the plants across town.

On the busiest weekend of the year for flowers (Valentine's Day weekend), I walked into Carriage Inn to order flowers for my grandmother's funeral.
