How is someone supposed to shop online from you if you don’t offer refunds? I ordered 4 pieces to try on and pick one, but none of them fit well, so I returned all of them in person. That’s when I was told they don’t do refunds — only store credit. This wasn’t mentioned during checkout at all. The only place this info is buried is in a return policy link on their website, which I didn’t see until after. I’ve never experienced an online store that doesn’t offer refunds and doesn’t clearly state it upfront. It feels misleading and really disappointing.
