Horrible experience at this location! So today I tried purchasing an open box TV online for the price of $284.99 in good condition. For some reason when I was trying to purchase it online, the payment wouldn’t go through. I decided to go to the location that had the TV and purchase it in store. Walking in the store, customer service was already horrible. I went to the front to ask about the TV and they sent me to the back (Theater Room), no one was there. Like literally no one to help you. Either understaffed or people are hiding in the back room. I had to walk back to the front and let them know that, and waited for someone to help me. Now the guy that came out to help me was very friendly and had very good customer service with helping me get the TV I tried Purchasing online. When I was trying to purchase it in store, they were telling me the price was at $334.99. I showed them the Exact same picture that will be posted on here showing the price i tried purchasing it online. They said OK and everything should be good, all they needed was the manager to price match. Everything was going well until the manager showed up already having attitude problems with his approach to “help” me with the price match. As soon as I showed him the The price That was shown online, on The app. He proceeded to tell me To just purchase it Online And that he wasn’t going to price match and couldn’t pay in store. Now If you have been reading this You all know My reason for coming to the store in the first place was because It wasn’t letting me purchase it online!!! The manager then called security and had them escort me out because I called him out for the bad experience Of not letting me purchase the TV in store when I had trouble buying it online. Me personally, with the experience of being manager before. I believe that position is not to be used to have authority or power over loyal customers That are just trying to buy a TV. He told me it was an easy fix and sounded like I was in S mode (I think). He literally pushed a button and my account synced with it and it was fixed.
