Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lakewood

Honestly, I have never understood why so many people like to eat here. I finally have the worst reason to complain which was not only the worst service in any fast food experience I've encountered, but it was literally the worst experience with fast food ever. I had won the coupon for a free chicken sandwich because my grandpa and I went to an Anaheim ducks game. Downloaded the app and headed to the closest location to my home. My grandfather and I pull up to order and he asked if he could apply his coupon to a chicken sandwich but grilled. The person taking our order on the intercom said yes, and continued with the rest of our order. We pull up and they charged us for two chicken sandwiches despite scanning the two coupons both from our phone apps. We point out the mistake, and then ask why the grilled version was still left on the charges. They argued that the coupon was not applicable to the grilled, so we asked instead for the regular so that we could apply the coupon. They then informed us that they no longer had any chicken sandwiches, which would also inform me that our food was not made to order. It would seem odd that they randomly ran out and had not informed us of that to begin with. We tried to argue but gave up due to lack of any sort of logical response. We got our order, and they handed us two drinks for the 3 combos we ordered. I told them that they had forgotten a drink and that the order was still incorrect, and the supervisor just stood there gawking as if she didn't hear me say it multiple times. My grandpa just said it's fine, they handed him back his card, and we started driving away. We got home with the now cold food , and realized that the person had given us the wrong credit card back. Rather than dealing with incompetence any further, we called my grandpa's bank the next day and reported the card lost. This was the last time I will ever eat (or attempt to) at...

Choice of a free Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Chocolate Chunk Cookie for Chick-fil-A One members

Brownie or cookie? What a dilemma, I must say. A culinary Sophie's Choice. Upon the recommendation of the cashier, I went with the Chocolate Chunk Cookie, which I was leaning towards, anyway.

Chocolate Chunk Cookie- Consisting of both semi-sweet dark & milk chocolate chunks, along with oats, the chocolate chunk cookie was a tantalizing sweet treat for my birthday month. Not small, yet not ginormous, it was an ideal cheat day size, to where I wouldn't feel too guilty eating it.

Service was good. This location, just as every Chick-fil-A location, is extremely busy, seemingly at all times of day. However, the line moved swiftly, and the wait for the cookie was nominal. 2 drive-thru lanes for those wanting to stay in their vehicles. Chick-fil-A is located across Candlewood from the Lakewood Center.

Chick-fil-A gave me a much appreciated birthday month gift. Nothing speaks my language more than free food, in this case dessert. Their Chocolate Chunk Cookie satisfied, and my experience at this restaurant has been nothing...

I never had this problem at the Chick-fiL-a by Hollywood and Highland even the manager with the braces has no respect the only manager who tried the most was Claudia you keep doing your thing girl your going places and for the rest of them I feel so sorry for you I have experience in the FOH been working in the restaurant industry 12 years plus half of the employees in here don't even know how to say my pleasure so sad👎👎 So I was wrongly terminated and I didn't even get all my hours paid in full so...
