Kevin Jewelers — Attraction in Lakewood

I purchased a chain from here and a couple months later the chain breaks. Obviously I wasn’t too happy seeing as I spent over $1000+ for the set so I bring it in to the store to see how I can be accommodated and I was told it would just be $20 to repair ( I’m assuming fully restored) so I get it fixed and a couple weeks later the chain breaks again with minimal wear. This is ridiculous at this point and I don’t even want the chain nor do I want to do business with this company at this point. So I bring it in again and they say it will be $400 to repair or I can get a new chain twice the value of my chain and do an exchange. I’m very disappointed by the quality of the product I’ve gotten here and honestly would never do business here again unless something changes. But as of now I’m just at a loss of $1000+ because I can’t even wear my chain I bought. Workers are nice but product quality isn’t worth it and as stated before I won’t be doing business here again until...

I have bought several items at this location. ( my husband had a diamond missing so we went in to get our free replacement. I did not relize i took the wrong booklet in. They said it would not be covered? I said we were just here 2 month ago? Thats when we noticed I grabbed the wrong booklet of service/cleaning every 3 months.. I went and got correct booklet which showed we had up to date visits..one of the employees kept trying to charge me for anything? She said the ring fitting was not free? I never asked for a new fitting.. Well they took the ring one girl said 1 week the other older woman said 3 weeks? As i mentioned I have 3 booklets and even updated at this store.. I hope I dont get hassled or charged for a small diamond replacement.. Or I may have to go somewhere where I can treated a little better for being a on going repeat customer.. Need to work a little on customer service.. Repeat buisness keeps the doors open...just thpught I should share it could use...

Well After Shopping Around I Dont Even Know Where To Start These People Are AWESOME. I Went There In A Hurry The Day Before My Wedding!! Why?? Main Reason Our Church Doesn't Necessarily Believe In Rings!! Although I Believe That A Ring, Will Show Others That SHE IS TAKEN!! I Went In Looking To Not Spend So Much. So The First Set "JESSE" Showed Me Look Nice But it Wasn't Even One 🥕 But When I Told Him That She Deserves Something Better He Told Me. Okay You Have Said Enough Come To This Side And The Ring Was Way Out Of My Budget!! Then He Started Talking To The Manager "ANDRES" They Gave Me Such An Awesome Price, That I Had To Take The DEAL!! And Also Last But Not Least Diana, Kevin & Linda Are So Nice!!! They Make An Awesome Team!!! Hands Down Best Place To Go They Are Right Across From Kay Jewelers.Personally If I Had to Choose Again, It Would Be ALL DAY...
