Omg!! Let me tell you when I said we had the most amazing experience at design bay, it was awesome⦠great customer service. My husband wanted to get a custom shirt done for his trucking job, and let me tell you we was up on a Saturday morning running around everywhere, nothing matched our needs and want and just vibe and energy was off, so we basically just gave up. Then my husband wanted some lemonade and wanted to stop by the mall and just stroll around, and thatās when the magic happen and we stumble across design bay. Bert was the one serving us on all my husband needs for his vision he had for the custom shirt, Bert was so kind and patient. My husband wanted to add extra details to what he already had and Bert was so patient and gave us all the time we needed and even help my husband out with his input and it was on point, Bert really brought my husband vision to life and my husband was really happy with the end result he is super excited to rock his custom shirt for work. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I had an awful experience doing business here. I emailed my design and paid upfront to have a shirt designed for my son. They told me it would take an hour. I returned an hour later and they had the sticker printed and waiting for me to place on the shirt. I placed it on the shirt and they tried pressing it but something went wrong and the sticker didnāt stick correctly. They asked me to then come back in 10 minutes. When I returned the image was placed incorrectly on the shirt upon my arrival. I told them the placement was incorrect and the worker tried to argue that is was the same way I placed. I told them it wasnāt and instead of fixing it they refunded my money. They completely wasted my time and I was unable to have the shirt ready for my son for Christmas. I will never do business here again or recommend...

There was a misunderstanding on the design which I was totally displeased in their error to follow the design I ordered. The owner then yelled me that he canāt fix the shirt nor refund my $40 payment. There was nothing stating NO REFUNDS on my receipt nor in the store. He admitted that thereās nothing stating that policy and still refused to extend the courtesy of rectifying the situation by making me a new shirt. This was an order for my Cancer Awareness event. How cruel can abusiness owner be to not please a customer. Especially, when I am a Small Business Owner myself. Wow, SAVE YOUR MONEY or expect no customer service...
