To preface this review, I would like to establish that I am a solo female small business owner. The success of and livelihood of myself and staff revolves around tightly scheduled appointments. Each one of my new clients is provided with and physically sign our office financial policy regarding cancellations or no-shows. Extenuating circumstances and/or emergencies are always considered. Additionally, the health and safety of my staff & clientele, will always trump financial gain. Sadly, this establishment is the opposite

At my first appt I established with JULIA as a new client. I was unsure if P & P would become my "forever" salon but after JULIA took her time and made sure to deliver a lovely my cut and color, I felt confident that I found myself a long-term stylist, and salon.

This morning- on the day of my 2nd scheduled visit- I called the salon because I would be have to move my appointment. I was excited that Julia had the exact same time slot available on the following Wednesday, March 12! The reason for my reschedule: At my urgent care visit, I was swabbed for and confirmed to have viral BRONCHITIS and viral INFLUENZA B- both quite contagious as stated by my provider.

The salon receptionist explained that I would be charged a full-service fee of $255. This would be considered a no show/

I recently switched and found a new salon and I love it here! It's a small, elegant salon and priced affordably for the quality and care you receive. My stylist was named Josh and he did a phenomenal job. I couldn't fully explain what I wanted and didn't have good inspiration pics for him, but I just explained where I was going with my plans for future haircuts and asked him to cut my current style to transition from that to my desired new style, which will require more length. And he figured out the perfect way to do that and my hair looks great. Also, the seats at the shampoo sink were more comfortable than my last salon, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The owner seems very nice, and I look forward to coming here again. Excellent salon. My shampoo, cut and style was $45. Excellent service and atmosphere.

I went back today for a cut, balayage color, and style, and again, didn't have great pics for inspiration but Josh asked questions and helped me pick the right color combo for my colors and highlights and he REALLY nailed it. My husband loved it, too. And the style looks fabulous the way he styled it, and he showed me how to do it. So maybe it will look this good for more than 24 hours. Lol I'm not great at styling hair but he makes me feel like I could do this like he did. Great...

Liked this place. Sadly have to edit my review. Had scheduled an appointment months in advance, but when the week of the appointment arrived my work schedule would not permit the timing, so I attempted to reschedule. Called more than 24 hours in advance but was directed back to the website to try to contact the stylist directly. No other contact was listed on the site for the stylist, so I called back to the main line and left a message. Shortly afterwards, my bank notified me of 2 charges for $165 on my account. I did not authorize these charges. Then I received a call and an employee (not my stylist) informed me that they charge full price cancellation but that I could keep the appointment. I said I would find a way to keep the appointment but that I was unhappy as it would put my job in jeopardy, and she said they wouldn’t allow me to keep the appointment because of how I was talking to her. I was certainly unhappy but hadn’t used inappropriate language or raised my voice, and when I said this was all very unprofessional she hung up on me.

I have disputed this charge with my bank, as I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule, never received the service, and was denied the opportunity to receive the service...
