Starlight Cinemas Lakewood Center — Attraction in Lakewood

The Pacific Theater in Lakewood is really great place to go weather if you're by yourself, or with family or friends. Very convenient showtimes I can be late in the morning or late in the afternoon Eve or night. There's a tip for you guys if you are a student. I would recommend you to go on Tuesdays since they have 50% discount. Meaning instead of paying $12 for your movie ticket you'll pay $6 Which is a really good deal it be in any movie released. I guess you have to pay a bit more extra if you're trying to watch 3D but i guess it's normally .$6, that's pretty good seal. Also if you get that craving of a snack then if you are a student you are in luck. Just show your ID and you will get a discount on the popcorn.  their Selections in food are hot dogs, popcorn, soda, candy, and nachos. Allow there is great security outside and inside the movie theater. Also if you get confused between which movie stall you are in just ask one of the security guard and they will address you to the right place.The bathrooms are really clean there is toilet paper not like...

I am disappointed with the service. I came to watch a movie on December 23 around 9pm. After watching the beginning of the movie, I went to guest service where I first asked the man in the podium with some dreads, also wearing a suit, whether it would be possible to change my movie. He says we had already watched the whole movie claiming we had ate the whole meal when it had only been around 20 minutes since our showing. I politely asked and just wanted an answer and while the lady in guest service was trying to help my friend and I with another movie, it just seemed like the the man in the podium was treating us like we were children by telling us to leave and come back another day. I was not trying to get a refund but just wanted to know whether we would be able to change our movie and I really don’t appreciate the way he was treating us. Very rude manager or assistant manager today. She was one of the managers because she was standing next to the person that was checking the tickets and in a formal outfit which is very ironic due to how unprofessional she was. Not sure if she was the GM or assistant manager but she was unprofessional i would say. I walked in and i guess the front concession stand was closed. I have poor far away vision so i could not see the signs that it was closed. She told me "As you can see there is two signs stating that it is closed and go to the back one". It was in a very rude demeanor and based on her attitude I'm sure this was not the first time belittling a customer. Can't even think how she treats her employees if she treats customers like that. I felt really embarrassed but did not say anything. I have been to multiple locations over the years owned by Starlight cinemas including rolling hills, garden grove and Whittier and usually love the customer service.
