This Buffalo Wild Wings was a bit… differently. A bit “old-looking”. Buffalo Wild Wings has firmly established itself as a premier destination for sports enthusiasts and wing lovers across the United States. Seamlessly blending the sports bar experience with a culinary focus on chicken wings, it offers patrons an environment ripe with game-day fervor and flavorful indulgence.
As you step into Buffalo Wild Wings, a plethora of screens broadcasting various sports greets you, ensuring you’re in the thick of the action regardless of your seating choice. The ambience thrums with the energy of cheering fans, the familiar chatter of groups, and the celebratory clink of glasses.
The centerpiece of their menu is, without doubt, the wings. Whether you’re a fan of traditional bone-in or prefer the boneless variety, there’s something for everyone. The spectrum of sauces and dry rubs available is impressive, ranging from the subtly tangy Teriyaki to those that challenge even the most seasoned spice enthusiasts. The Mango Habanero, with its dance of sweet and fiery notes, often emerges as a top contender for many.
But wings aren’t the only stars here. The menu expands to include American favorites like burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Appetizers like the crispy mozzarella sticks and loaded nachos never fail to whet the appetite. And for those leaning towards healthier options, there are salads, though admittedly, they might play second fiddle to the more indulgent offerings.
The drink selection at Buffalo Wild Wings is commendable, especially for beer aficionados. With a rotating list of draft and bottled beers, the establishment ensures there’s always something new to try.
Service can vary, especially during peak sports events when the establishment is bustling with patrons. While wait times might occasionally stretch, the staff generally exudes warmth and makes genuine efforts to cater to requests, be it for a particular game or dietary preferences.
In terms of pricing, Buffalo Wild Wings positions itself in the mid-tier range. They periodically roll out weekly specials which offer patrons a chance to get more bang for their buck.
In summation, if you’re on the lookout for an electric atmosphere to relish delectable wings, immerse in sporting action, and create memories with friends, Buffalo Wild Wings stands as a strong contender in the American sports...
Read moreAs a customer I decided to make a quick stop by to redeem a free lemonade. One of the employees told me to go to the bar and show them the voucher on my phone to redeem the free lemonade. The bartender told me to go back to the counter, give them my phone number for the free lemonade. I showed the lady my phone that shows I had enough points to redeem a free lemonade under the buffalo wild wings app and gave her my phone number and she said, "I have no idea what you're showing me and why are you giving me your phone number?" I said I'm just here to redeem the free lemonade. After all that, she had then asked, "what is your name and phone number and asked what am I here for?"(3 more employees beside her looking at me). I gave her my name and phone number, after that she said, we have five flavors which one do you want?" I said, "it doesn't matter". She said, "pick one". So what was the purpose of making me look stupid, making a scene or was it intended for her way of good customer service because this not good customer service at all.. I do my job in this area and luckily for her I didn't flame her because i have seen just about everybody's faces from chick-fil-a to chipotle, to raising caines, black angus, chili's, jamba juice, ihop, starbucks, stonefire grill food court and inside the mall and more that I can recall. I do my best, put on my game, deliver professional and positive attitude to build my reputation but when I come in here as a customer getting service from her for the SECOND time and get treated like this for the SECOND time it's a wrap. It's time to file a complaint once I find out who this employee is. I will definitely pay another visit take care of this matter the professional way. This is not even about the free lemonade. I just got crapped on for no reason looking stupid. Definitely coming back to...
Read moreI would like to emphasize the remarkable service that I received at this Buffalo location compared to every other Buffalo I have visited, from the South Bay all the way to the Riverside Area. I am a huge fan of this restaurant for the taste of their food but have been discouraged many times by the service of quality of food that I have received. From the moment I entered there was "Zain" who greeted us very welcoming, we ordered for pick up and decided to dine in because of my lunch hour. He noticed we didn't order any drinks and he asked if we wanted to order anything else with our current order. The manager Larry walked us to our seat and made us feel so comfortable. He took the time to come by a couple of times and ask if we needed anything, he actually brought us salsa/more napkins, very polite and professional personnel. The wings were absolutely perfect, all wings at other locations are dry even when I ask for them with extra sauce. The reason why I want to give immense credit to this location is because I have ordered lunch in other BWW locations and order for "pick-up" but dine in, and in all other locations it is always an uncomfortable visit. There is no waiter since we "order for pick up" no one comes around seems like they ignore you on purpose, they have let me know that since I am not dining in I have to sit separately and I won't get the usual service as if I am originally "dinning in". Long story short, I've visited BWW locations less because of their poor and unfriendly service from food to staff and overall. I am prudent to say that "Larry" is doing and outstanding job by taking care of this location and its clientele and "Zain" is doing a remarkable job at making customers leave satisfied and with a smile on their face. I will be returning to this location alongside my...
