Capital Halal Market is a convenient place to shop for international merchandise in Maryland, particularly halal meat. However, I write to express my utter disappointment and extreme frustration in regards to the quality of meat offered to customers. The butcher ( Ghazi ) is a total disgrace in his behavior, customer service and preparing an order.

His unprofessional behavior makes you feel unwelcomed in the store. On three separate occasions, he bagged me ROTTEN meat and liver without any hesitation and remorse. Also, he refuses to prepare fresh ground beef if you ask him to prepare.

Additionally, he looks extremely unhygienic while wearing blood-stained clothes without an apron and gloves. His unethical behavior and unprofessional interactions made me shop somewhere else for meat. I wish I could give ZERO ratings because of the bad experiences I had.
