This place used to be one of my favorite to visit. The Scott Sunken Garden (Cooley) was a beautiful refuge on the edge of REO Town. Always well kept, it housed local garden treasures, and made for a fun walk. They are now building a substation for Board of Water and Light. Supposedly they will be adding art to the exterior.
